房間損壞的落地燈拿走後沒有補上當天的值班前台還敷衍説不是每一個房間都有這盞燈，幸好我之前也入住過這家酒店、幸好我不信邪去正在打掃的每一個房間看過、幸好我問了打掃衞生的服務員確定每個房間都有，這個服務真的太讓人失望！但是這個落地燈是房間的主要光源，沒有房間會很暗，我們衹好決定第二天再去找前台別的工作人員。然後就是床鋪不知道是弄衞生的沒換還是床單就是這個樣子，看上去就像是被睡過一樣，還有頭髮，因為入住時沒有掀開被子，等晚上準備睡覺才發現，因為很晚了就先拍照取證（前三張圖）。第二天去前台説明瞭這個情況，前台的女士很誠懇道歉並説會在打掃衞生的服務員上班就去換，並承諾補上缺失的那盞落地燈。以為事至此很圓滿解決了所有問題，哪料晚上回到酒店掀開被子就被一團黏糊糊的東西嚇到了，有些像創可貼粘在床單上沒弄下來就放到洗衣機裏洗得黏糊糊一團（最後一張圖），噁心得趕緊用紙包着取下，卻再也無力吐槽，也不想去再告訴前台了，就這樣吧。其實除了這些這個酒店還是很好的，地理位置可以步行去CMU，還有小廚房可以做簡單的烹飪，希望改進變得更好

Incredibly kind and effective staff on the check-in desk! I arrived late and was very tired, but they were so nice while being efficient at the same time. Got a complementary upgrade and they always made sure to greet you when walking by. It's the small things that make IHG great. Breakfast was express standard, but no complaints. The room was a presidential suite, and it was spotless and in great condition. Convenient location from the airport, but definitely need a car.

The hotel is located in downtown Pittsburgh, and easy to find. A parking garage is right across the hotel, which is pretty convenient. The reception staff are helpful and can issue a full-day unlimited pass for $29 by scanning your parking ticket. When you exit the garage, just scan the QR code on ur phone. Another noticeable detail is that you need to ring the doorbell to enter the hotel for the first time. I think this adds extra security, since only authorized guests and staff are allowed inside. Besides, the room is spacious and clean. It would be even better if there were complimentary hot coffee at the drink bar in morning. Overall, we're satisfied with our stay there and rate it 9.5 out of 10. P.s. the photo is its public rest area, very beautiful.

In town for a funeral had a good day . We did a hockey game while in town and a baseball game .. I loved Nashville however this hotel the staff was great the prices are affordable and the hotel was sooo clean

覆住同一品牌下不同城市酒店，今天這家前台很熱情，一家五口出行夠住，房間衞生乾淨整潔、水量很大，位置出行方便，服務熱情，這家給我們家整體體驗很好👍

Took my wife here to celebrate her birthday and when we got to the room we noticed the one chair was so marked up, we could’ve gotten a cleaner one at goodwill. Didn’t notice that the soaps and rod were ripped off the wall till we went to shower later that night. After the shower I went to fill our ice and it was half full of water. I’m not the type to complain, but for the price I wanted everything to be perfect for my wife for her birthday and the cleanliness wasn’t there.

The best was so comfy I did not want to leave. Centrally located between the football and baseball stadium. Lots of food choices nearby and the continental breakfast was great.

We love this hotel! The place is clean, very nice, the perfect location for attending events at PPG Paints Arena, and the staff have always been very helpful.
