โรงแรมยังไม่พร้อมสําหรับการเช็คอินแม้ว่าฉันจะไปตอน 16.00 น. แผนกต้อนรับดีมาก ให้บัตรกํานัลห้องครัวแก่เราและกุญแจไปสระว่ายน้ําถ้าเราต้องการ มีรถรับส่งฟรีในรัศมี 2 ไมล์ซึ่งเป็นสิ่งที่ดีเพราะ Westgate กําลังชาร์จค่าจอดรถเนื่องจากคอนเสิร์ตที่เวที ถ้าฉันกลับไปที่ Glendale ฉันจะอยู่ที่นี่อีกครั้ง

แผนกต้อนรับช่วยเหลือดีมาก

This place has clean rooms and most of staff cool but the room has floor that was torn up in several places and i fell entering room because i tripped over it when i told them i was questioned about did i call ambulance and go to hospital? I said no than i was told that it was normal and that thanks for telling them ...... So be careful look at room before you check in but otherwise good experience
