CColleen M.Amazing staff with an understanding of being not just professionally courteous and welcoming but as well as compassionate and empathetic of someone who struggles with a chronic illness. I would give them a 10 star rating if it was possible, especially the manager, Jeff. He went above and beyond and for that I am truly grateful. Thank you guys for an amazing stay, every time. ผผู้เข้าพักEverything was good. The room was clean and for the most part it was quiet. When I booked my room I wasn't told about the $150 deposit needed to stay. The front desk person wouldn't even work with me on it. he was pretty rude about it and the girl just stood behind him and let him continue to be rude about it. Luckily I was able to find the money somehow but they really need to be able to help you out when you're not told about the deposit being that high. They should be able to help lower it as a courtesy of you're not told about it up front. Other than that everything was good.
