โรงแรมใกล้ร้าน Pineapple Willy's

We LOVE the Driftwood! It’s an easy walk to the Margaritaville *****, always clean and friendly front desk. Only issue was the cleaning staff (which we have never had an issue with) was a little over top on trying to get our rooms cleaned on check out day and ruined our last couple of hours visit with our children and grandchild. I can appreciate your wanting to get the job done but not at the expense of kicking the customer out of their rooms.

The hotel and staff were top tier. The lobby and courtyard area were beautiful, with a lovely view of the beach. The courtyard has games like jumbo Jenga and checkers, and a bag toss game.The pool bar was a 10/10, food as well. Speaking of food, the complementary breakfast including cook to order omelets was AMAZING! They also give guests 2 complementary drinks during happy hour each day of your stay. The location is right next to Pier Park (5min walk), which you can spend the day at with food, shoppes, kid friendly fun and rides.

The hotel was an older hotel that has somewhat been updated. There is no elevator. The rooms are small and the bathrooms are very small. The toilets are the kind that you would find in businesses not in hotels and they flush so hard; they are so loud. The cold-water knob on the tub was hard to turn. I was scared I was going to ***** it turning it. Also, there is really no shelving in the bathroom to lay anything. There are knobs to hang stuff but no shelving. There was hair in the bathtub and on the step of the tub. The rooms are only getting the bare minimum of cleaning. The bright side is that check out is 11 instead of 10, which was a blessing. Also, even though the hotel was full, we were able to get good parking and they did have an ice machine. However, I would only stay here again as a last resort. Due to how small the room is and the size of the bathroom.

ห้องพักสะอาดมาก กว้างขวางและมีวิวทะเลที่ยอดเยี่ยม การเช็คอินง่ายดายและพนักงานเป็นกันเองมาก ข้อเสนอแนะเดียวที่อยากจะให้คือบริเวณลิฟต์ควรได้รับการปรับปรุงให้ดีขึ้น เข้าใจว่ายากที่จะรักษาความสะอาดและแห้งเนื่องจากอยู่ใกล้ชายหาด แต่การทาสีใหม่ที่สดใสและการทำความสะอาดผนังและพื้นภายในลิฟต์ก็จะดีขึ้นมากครับ แต่ผมก็แปลกใจที่ไม่มีโรงแรมริมหาดแห่งไหนมีเจ้าหน้าที่ไลฟ์การ์ดคอยดูแลที่ชายหาดเลย โดยรวมแล้ว เป็นรีสอร์ทและห้องพักที่ยอดเยี่ยมมากครับ ผมหวังว่าจะได้มาเยือนอีกครั้ง

We booked the Junior suite with full kitchen.   Great view of the beach.  Comfortable bed. Coffee available in lobby 24/7.   Things to love…walk right out to the beach, gas bbqs and outside tables. Two spas, large pool, easy walk to Winn Dixie, Whiskeys, Muy Wayne Os and other restaurants and stores.   Things that could be improved: Full size coffee pot is great if you are staying more than a few nights— no filters provided, given they say they can’t provide filters a Keurig would be a better choice.  The cookware is cheap everything sticks to it.  No scissors or basic first aid.   The room is ready for upgrades:  something used to be mounted to the dresser and there are several holes that make it look trashy, no anti-slip or rail in shower, no bathroom fan, bathroom door sticks, pillows are uncomfortable.

It was good, having no towel is not good they will out of extra towel because of the laundry guy but I guess they should have leave some extra...don't wait until all of them are dirty and that that's when you wash them all together not right...No utensils in the kitchen which we don't mind because we buy instead. The most important is the room is clean and its near to where we are going.

Laundry machines were all broken except for one of 5 washers. 4 dryers all broken and clearly they are not buying new ones. They don’t clean daily or take out trash so it piles up in your room unless you happen to see them near your room, then they are very helpful. The people working are all very nice. They just need better owners and management. They want to do better. Beds were very comfortable. Big suite rooms.

เราจองห้องคิงสวีทในภายหลังเพื่อหาคำตอบเมื่อเช็คอินว่าห้องสวีทคิงไม่ได้มีระเบียงตามที่แสดงในไซต์จอง แต่พนักงานต้อนรับส่วนหน้า Camille ช่วยเรา เธอน่ารักและใจดีจริงๆ เราได้รับเงินคืนสำหรับส่วนต่างในห้อง โดยรวมแล้วการพักของเรานั้นดีนอกเหนือจากอ่างอาบน้ำในห้องน้ำอุดตัน แม่บ้านมาดูแลปัญหานั้นด้วย มุมมองที่น่าตื่นตาตื่นใจ เราจะพักที่นี่อีกครั้ง

เราพักอย่างมีความสุข เราอยู่ในห้องเพื่อนอนเท่านั้นจึงไม่มีข้อตําหนิใหญ่ สระว่ายน้ํามีขนาดเล็กและแออัด แต่มีชายหาดทั้งหาดให้เพลิดเพลิน  บ่นไม่ได้สําหรับราคาที่เราจ่ายไปสําหรับหน้าหาด ☺️
