Nice service and comfy environment. The hotel is conveniently located and the front desk was very helpful and enthusiastic. Room was good, tidy and spacious. Would recommend to all!

Heat in our room wasn't working at 1:30 am. Keith was responsive and although he couldn't get the heat to work, he supplied us with a couple heating towers. We were also given a discount on our final bill due to our inconvenience, which we greatly appreciated. Also, we waited quite awhile to order our breakfast (Starbucks). Otherwise we enjoyed our stay and would certainly stay at this hotel again in the future.

This hotel is really good facility. The room is very big. Staff is so kind and you can check in 24hourd. Also breakfast is free everyday. It's so good.

พนักงานชายกะเย็นเป็นกันเองมาก อดทน ยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใส บริการดีมาก! ข้างนอกฝนตกและฉันก็ยืมร่มให้ฉันด้วย ห้องพักเยี่ยมมาก ห้องของฉันอยู่ชั้นบนสุด มีระเบียงในห้องและเตียงนอนสบายมาก! โลเคชั่นดีมาก อยู่ใจกลางเมือง ไปสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวต่างๆ ช้อปปิ้งและช้อปปิ้ง ร้านอาหารรอบๆ สะดวกมาก น่าจะเป็นโรงแรมที่ดีที่สุดที่ฉันเคยพักมาในทริปนี้! ถ้ามีโอกาสได้ไปเบอร์ลินอีกครั้งต้องเลือกโรงแรมนี้!
