ผผู้เข้าพักWell everything besides our check out experience was great. Really great! Then when checking out, we had 3 interactions with the reception about checking out prior to checking out. and only the one at 12:30 (when checking out with luggage and all), we were told to pay a 200SEK late-fee, which I was then told could’ve been even higher and that I should be thankful they didn’t charge me double… Not nice - and we had 3 interactions prior to this for this exact reason. I wanted to work out first and then shower in the room before leaving. If we were told the first time about the late check out fee; we would’ve checked out then and there. I complained about this practice, to deaf ears. Not coming back despite it being very nice and perfect for a Liseberg weekend with the family

AAKR87Really nice hotel in a great and convenient location, spacious room. However booked for 4 people, received confirmation from trip that the booking was made for 2 adults 2 children upon check in only 2 adults and 1 child on the hotel booking. Hotel receptionist argued no solution offered, we had to put 2 single beds together so could be used by 3 people. Lobby bathroom not able to be accessed after checkout as its keycard controlled- be careful if you wait a while for onward travel etc.

OObada KattanThe hotel was super safe, the location was absolutely perfect. I went here for a short three day vacation. The service and stuff were absolutely fantastic. Everything was smooth, everything was run using high-tech systems. The lobby was beautiful and there was plenty of amenities available. The only negatives that I would recommend for them to improve on is first of all to have a system or telephone in the room so that we can call the reception. The other thing is that rooms that are king size bed are actually two single beds that are put together which can be quite annoying sometimes. Other than that, honestly, I can’t complain much. I would definitely come back here again. I would highly recommend it for anyone visiting Sweden for a few days for business or pleasure

ผผู้เข้าพักWe arrived at 7:30 pm and were told we got a room “upgrade”. The room was small so we really wondered what the “original” room looked like. The bed had stains on the cover that was laid under the mattress which didn’t look good. We went down to the lobby and found nobody present. We moved on to the restaurant, it was 8 pm. Half full and we were met with the wonderful advise that they were closed for service. This was Friday May 16th and the menu board was still at the entrance door to the restaurant. We went back to the reception and queried why the restaurant was not serving dinner at 8 pm on a Friday. The receptionist looked dumbfounded and told us it usually serves dinner at least until 9 pm but she took no action to assist us except to say we could walk fir 15 minutes to the Aveny, a street with lots of restaurants but could not suggest any close by. We ended up going to, as it happened, a fantastic restaurant right around the corner called Le Pigalle on the top floor of, we guess, a competing hotel. Fabulous meal in a restaurant that knew how to treat their guests. In short we have regretfully no positive things to say about the ProfilHotels Opera in Gothenburg. Gothenburg was fantastic but when we return we will definitely not book at the Opera which is overpriced for the standard and service they offer. Total waste of money at this venue. Regretfully we did not bother to take any pictures of the place as it is nothing we wish to remember about it.

ผผู้เข้าพักStayed for one night only but wouldn't have minded staying longer. Room is well-lit, small but comfy and definitely fine for one person. Breakfast was pretty good and had a good variety of options, just a bit crowded (understandably so because I think all bookings include breakfast by default). Luggage storage is free but not super secure; the front desk locks the storage room but then you place and take your own bags from inside, so there's nothing stopping someone else from taking your bag. Location - need to take a bus to the train station; also not much in the immediate vicinity.
