The hotel’s name on the outside is just “Center Hotel” so you might pass it if you are not paying attention.
While the reception and the outside are a little neglected maybe, the rooms are quite nice and clean.
The breakfast has various choices (vegan and lactose free options included) but it’s maybe a little more on the salty side rather than the sweet one.
And the current hours for breakfast are a little to early.
It would be nice to be able to switch off the main light of the room from the bed, but it was not possible in mine.

Hotel was ideally placed for what we needed to do close to center and ferry ports and tram access. Staff were very good

Nothing special, beds are a little too soft for my personal taste. Hotel is old and kind of run down. Nice breakfast but seating area should be changed. We sat in the ”lobby” area and not too comfortable. Helpful staff.

Good and central stay. A bit noisy both from passing trams as well as the room above as we could hear them walking upstairs.
The parking however, there is no parking with the hotel, but rather a public paid parking across the street. Even the person in the reception wondered why it keeps saying the hotel has parking when it does not. As for the suggestion that it would be 100-200 SEK/day, that's just not true. We ended up paying 600 SEK for 1½ day.
