安安娜堡的ojibsanทำเลที่ตั้งดีเยี่ยม อยู่ไม่ไกลจาก Square Center เลย เดินไปอีกทางก็จะเจอสถานีรถราง ทำให้สะดวกมากในการขึ้นรถ แต่แท็กซี่เข้าไม่ได้ ต้องเดินไปสถานีรถรางเอง สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกดีมาก ห้องพักก็สว่างสดใส แม้จะมีร้านอาหารและบาร์อยู่ชั้นล่าง แต่ก็ไม่ได้รบกวนการนอนหลับตอนกลางคืน ฉันไม่ได้ใช้บริการห้องอาหารในโรงแรมสำหรับอาหารเช้า เพราะได้ยินมาว่ารีวิวไม่ค่อยดีนัก เพราะมีคาเฟ่อยู่ชั้นล่างที่เสิร์ฟบรันช์ด้วย จึงสะดวกมาก ฉันประทับใจกับลิฟต์มาก เลยไม่ต้องกังวลเรื่องขึ้นบันไดในอาคารเก่าๆ แห่งนี้

ผผู้ใช้ไม่ระบุชื่อThe hotel is clean and comfy, perfectly warm for the freezing temperatures outside. Situated right next to Kraków Grzegórzki train station, it was easy to get to/from the airport and to other places via the train as it connects to the Kraków Główny main station.
Staff were helpful, explained where we can go around Kraków. We were given plenty of clean towels, room cleaning service daily. Hair dryer was also provided, with a drinking water dispenser right outside the lift.
Only thing would be the shower as it sometimes pulses between slightly hotter and colder water. Was pleasantly surprised when it’s got heated flooring in the shower though!

SSiraI absolutely loved my stay at Stradom House, Autograph Collection. From the moment you enter the lobby and bar, the stunning interior decor sets the tone, and the room itself was spacious, artfully designed, and luxurious yet comfortable, with elegant furniture and a beautiful bathroom—easily a 10/10. My room was located in a separate building accessed through an underground tunnel, which at first seemed quirky but turned out to be utterly charming, as the tunnel itself is beautifully decorated and enchanting to walk through. Breakfast was a highlight, with delicious hot dishes made to order from the à la carte menu complemented by an abundant buffet, all enjoyed in a gorgeous breakfast room overlooking a peaceful garden—a truly fantastic way to start the day. The location is another strong advantage, within an easy walk of the Market Square, Wawel Castle, and the lively Kazimierz district. Overall, this hotel delivers comfort, style, and unforgettable experiences—I highly recommend it.

ผผู้เข้าพักI really liked the Columbus Hotel. It's just a few minutes' walk from Grzegorzki train station, which is the next stop after the main station Rynek, coming from the airport. I was in a twin room with a balcony, bathtub, fridge, complimentary water, toiletries. Lovely, bright and clean, comfy beds and nice bedding. Breakfast was delicious. The scrambled egg and little sausages were so tasty. The cakes were lovely with coffee afterwards. Also cereal, meats, cheese, fruit, yoghurt and breads and juices. Lovely and quiet, never heard a sound from other guests in their rooms. A real calm and relaxed vibe. There's also an outdoor seating area and a shop across the road. The tram stops are just to the side and are so easy and frequent. Ticket machines are at the stop, or you can pay on board. Don't forget to validate your ticket. Great base for exploring the Jewish quarter and ghetto, Schindler Factory Museum and don't miss the Plaszow guided tour, a highlight so far. Tram 3 and 24 takes you there from outside hotel and coats 4 zlotys. They are in the process of building a museum there, so it's going to be much busier in the future. Go now while its not as well known. I would definitely return to Columbus hotel, an excellent choice, enjoy!

ข้อเสีย พนักงานทำความสะอาดคนหนึ่งเดินเข้ามาในห้องของฉันตอนเช้าตรู่โดยไม่เคาะประตู ฉันคิดว่าเธอไม่รู้ว่าห้องมีคนพักอยู่ ฉันนอนอยู่บนเตียงในชุดชั้นใน ทำให้ฉันและเธอรู้สึกอับอายมาก ฉันได้ร้องเรียนไปแล้ว แต่ก็ถูกเมินเฉย และไม่มีคำขอโทษจากพนักงานที่แผนกต้อนรับ ฉันสั่งอาหารมาทาน และเมื่อร้านอาหารภายนอกมาส่ง อาหารก็ถูกทิ้งไว้ที่แผนกต้อนรับของโรงแรม เมื่อฉันโทรไปสอบถามทางมือถือ อาหารก็เย็นชืดและเสียหมดแล้ว พนักงานต้อนรับอ้างว่าโทรไปที่โทรศัพท์ห้องของฉันแล้ว ซึ่งไม่ใช่ความจริง อีกเหตุการณ์หนึ่งกับพนักงานทำความสะอาด พวกเขาโยนขวดน้ำของฉันทิ้งไปตอนทำความสะอาดห้อง ฉันถามว่ามันอยู่ที่ไหน พวกเขาก็ไปค้นในถุงดำ ฉันตกใจมากที่พวกเขาคิดว่าสามารถทิ้งของใช้ส่วนตัวของฉันลงถังขยะได้

*Lovely spacious rooms with nicely refurbished bathrooms.
*The breakfast area looks presentable with a fairly decent selection.
*Bottled water is provided daily, you just have to make sure you hang the sign to request to clean the room.
*Hotel is centrally located right by the square. It’s near grocery stores, restaurants, donut/pastry shops & souvenir shops.
CONS
*The carpets “looked” dirty & old, not very pleasing to look at but they’re not - just gives that impression!
*The main downside for me is the noise. Our room was facing the front which is where pedestrians walk through to the square. Earplugs were supplied by Hotel but they didn’t make a difference. There were loud revellers until 4:30am daily, then once that ends, the delivery trucks & refuse collectors pass through which were just as loud! Needless to say I didn’t get a full night sleep for 4 nights.
Overall, it’s a clean & very reasonably priced hotel. May I also add we are a group that booked 4 rooms. 2 rooms were in the quiet side but the other 2 were in the noisy part. Not all rooms are the same. However, if you can sleep through anything then this wouldn’t be as much of an issue as it was for me.

ผผู้เข้าพักLet's start with address; difficult to find even people living there could not find it easily. The entrance is disguised by some lady selling various objects.(see photo)
You have to be mind reader to find your room and bed as receptionist doesn't move her ass to show, instead mentions the wrong door with a punch code(it is obvious that it happened before as the code is still on the punch pad). The correct pad is actually on the handle of the next door that you need magnifier to find it ,if it is your first time. Then writes down 1/1/1/ which is supposed to be 1st door,1st bed and 1st locker.
Skip this hostel if you are light and early sleeper as the tram line passes next door and it turns is quite curvy so the nise is quite annoying and happenes periodically. There is also noise from wooden floor and bed brames each time you move, Basically you have tiptoe to in order to make less noise. However, the major drawback is the bathroom cailities rather the lack of it only one bathroom for so many guests. I had to wait more than one hour and eventually gave up.
On the plus side, it has great location only few minutes to the old town centre. It also is quite clean.
For the price you pay which is about half the average hotel, next time I would definitely stay in a hotel. It is your choice.
