ทำเลที่ตั้งดีเยี่ยม อยู่ไม่ไกลจาก Square Center เลย เดินไปอีกทางก็จะเจอสถานีรถราง ทำให้สะดวกมากในการขึ้นรถ แต่แท็กซี่เข้าไม่ได้ ต้องเดินไปสถานีรถรางเอง สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกดีมาก ห้องพักก็สว่างสดใส แม้จะมีร้านอาหารและบาร์อยู่ชั้นล่าง แต่ก็ไม่ได้รบกวนการนอนหลับตอนกลางคืน ฉันไม่ได้ใช้บริการห้องอาหารในโรงแรมสำหรับอาหารเช้า เพราะได้ยินมาว่ารีวิวไม่ค่อยดีนัก เพราะมีคาเฟ่อยู่ชั้นล่างที่เสิร์ฟบรันช์ด้วย จึงสะดวกมาก ฉันประทับใจกับลิฟต์มาก เลยไม่ต้องกังวลเรื่องขึ้นบันไดในอาคารเก่าๆ แห่งนี้

Ottima posizione, hotel confortevole, bella camera Purtroppo poco silenziosa la camera 105 in quanto il climatizzatore troppo rumoroso e per completare si sentiva in continuazione il rumore delle rotaie del tram situato a poca distanza, fino a mezzanotte e poi riprendeva intorno alle sei e anche se durante la giornata non stai molto in camera la sera e la mattina presto diventa insopportabile, a volte tremava pure la stanza Ottima colazione con poco dolce per noi italiani Cambiando camera lo consiglierei vivamente

I absolutely loved my stay at Stradom House, Autograph Collection. From the moment you enter the lobby and bar, the stunning interior decor sets the tone, and the room itself was spacious, artfully designed, and luxurious yet comfortable, with elegant furniture and a beautiful bathroom—easily a 10/10. My room was located in a separate building accessed through an underground tunnel, which at first seemed quirky but turned out to be utterly charming, as the tunnel itself is beautifully decorated and enchanting to walk through. Breakfast was a highlight, with delicious hot dishes made to order from the à la carte menu complemented by an abundant buffet, all enjoyed in a gorgeous breakfast room overlooking a peaceful garden—a truly fantastic way to start the day. The location is another strong advantage, within an easy walk of the Market Square, Wawel Castle, and the lively Kazimierz district. Overall, this hotel delivers comfort, style, and unforgettable experiences—I highly recommend it.

ทําเลที่ตั้งของโรงแรมดีเยี่ยม มีสถานีรถไฟฟ้าชั้นล่างซึ่งสะดวกมาก เดินไปสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวชื่อดังของปราสาทวาเวลก็แค่ประมาณ 5 นาที โรงแรมเพิ่งเปิดใหม่มาหลายเดือนแล้ว สภาพแวดล้อมในร่มสวยงามและสะอาดมาก และพนักงานบริการก็เป็นกันเองมาก แอร์เสียหลังจากพักหนึ่งคืน พนักงานบริการช่วยเราเปลี่ยนห้องใหม่ น่าเสียดายที่เครื่องปรับอากาศในห้องใหม่ก็เสียเช่นกัน ในที่สุดก็ตกลงที่จะเปิดหน้าต่างเพื่อระบายอากาศ ถ้าหน้าร้อนต้องเผชิญกับปัญหาเดียวกัน จะลําบากกว่า อาหารเช้า แต่ละคนเลือก main course ก่อน แล้ว buffet bar รับเครื่องดื่มเอง และอาหารเล็กน้อย เช่น โยเกิร์ต ผลไม้ ขนมปัง ไข่ สลัด ฯลฯ รสชาติดี มีห้องออกกําลังกายและห้องซาวน่า สภาพแวดล้อมสะอาดและสง่างาม เหมาะแก่การพักผ่อน โดยรวมแล้วเป็นประสบการณ์ที่ดี

I stayed one night at the DoubleTree by Hilton Krakow for a two-day conference and was very impressed. The room was outstanding — spacious, spotless, with a roomy bathroom and a wonderfully comfortable bed. Service was excellent as well; staff kindly let me check in at 9am, which was a huge help. The only drawbacks were the location, which is a bit far from Krakow’s main attractions (though there are some good local restaurants nearby), and the conference space being in the underground level, which felt a little enclosed despite being perfectly functional. Overall, for comfort and service this hotel is hard to beat, and I would highly recommend it for anyone visiting Krakow. Btw, room service in the morning was absolutely delicious.

I really liked the Columbus Hotel. It's just a few minutes' walk from Grzegorzki train station, which is the next stop after the main station Rynek, coming from the airport. I was in a twin room with a balcony, bathtub, fridge, complimentary water, toiletries. Lovely, bright and clean, comfy beds and nice bedding. Breakfast was delicious. The scrambled egg and little sausages were so tasty. The cakes were lovely with coffee afterwards. Also cereal, meats, cheese, fruit, yoghurt and breads and juices. Lovely and quiet, never heard a sound from other guests in their rooms. A real calm and relaxed vibe. There's also an outdoor seating area and a shop across the road. The tram stops are just to the side and are so easy and frequent. Ticket machines are at the stop, or you can pay on board. Don't forget to validate your ticket. Great base for exploring the Jewish quarter and ghetto, Schindler Factory Museum and don't miss the Plaszow guided tour, a highlight so far. Tram 3 and 24 takes you there from outside hotel and coats 4 zlotys. They are in the process of building a museum there, so it's going to be much busier in the future. Go now while its not as well known. I would definitely return to Columbus hotel, an excellent choice, enjoy!

Excellent hotel in a great location perfect for exploring the old town. Bedroom was spacious and spotlessly clean. Great breakfast offering good.variety of hot and cold dishes. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again and would be happy to recommend to fellow travelers. Thanks for a lovely stay

Let's start with address; difficult to find even people living there could not find it easily. The entrance is disguised by some lady selling various objects.(see photo) You have to be mind reader to find your room and bed as receptionist doesn't move her ass to show, instead mentions the wrong door with a punch code(it is obvious that it happened before as the code is still on the punch pad). The correct pad is actually on the handle of the next door that you need magnifier to find it ,if it is your first time. Then writes down 1/1/1/ which is supposed to be 1st door,1st bed and 1st locker. Skip this hostel if you are light and early sleeper as the tram line passes next door and it turns is quite curvy so the nise is quite annoying and happenes periodically. There is also noise from wooden floor and bed brames each time you move, Basically you have tiptoe to in order to make less noise. However, the major drawback is the bathroom cailities rather the lack of it only one bathroom for so many guests. I had to wait more than one hour and eventually gave up. On the plus side, it has great location only few minutes to the old town centre. It also is quite clean. For the price you pay which is about half the average hotel, next time I would definitely stay in a hotel. It is your choice.
