Everything was nice, Staff was friendly and rooms were exactly like in pictures. AC was super chill I would rate everything 10/10

I had an excellent experience at Hotel One Tower Gulberg. From the moment I arrived, the reception staff was warm, professional, and very helpful. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient, making me feel welcomed and valued as a guest. The rooms were spacious, modern, and exceptionally clean. The bed was very comfortable, and all the amenities were well-maintained. Housekeeping did a great job throughout my stay, ensuring everything remained spotless and comfortable. The breakfast was another highlight of my stay. There was a wide variety of fresh and delicious options available, catering to different tastes. The quality of the food, presentation, and service in the dining area were all excellent. Overall, Hotel One Tower Gulberg exceeded my expectations in every aspect, including hospitality, cleanliness, room comfort, and dining experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lahore and look forward to staying here again in the future

Despite it's an old hotel and facilities are a big old, the design are quite impressive! The service is good, especially the counter staffs are friendly and efficient, security man at main door are also friendly and nice! Highly recommended!!!

ทุกอย่างดีมากและฉันขอแนะนำให้คนอื่น ๆ มาพักที่นี่ ฉันไม่ติเรื่องพนักงานต้อนรับกะกลางคืนเลย ฉันมีความสุขกับการเข้าพักที่โรงแรมนี้

โรงแรมที่ดีที่สุดที่ฉันเคยพักในราคานี้ ราคาไม่แพงและบริการดีมาก เตียงดีที่สุด น้ำร้อนดีมาก (เพราะหน้าหนาว) ความสะอาดสมบูรณ์แบบ และบริการก็ดีด้วย อยากจะกลับมาอีกแน่นอน!

Everything was fine I usually stay here, they could provide better amenities and bedsheets slightly smelled bad, even tho told them to change my room but they didn't care i guess.... will go with time if not improved.

I waited more than 30 minutes for check-in even though they told me it would be ready at 3 PM. The apartment was still not prepared, and it felt like we were not treated as guests at all. At check-out, they asked us to stop and wait again because they needed to inspect the apartment before letting us leave. Because of this delay, I ended up missing my flight. The whole experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing.
