Our stay at Hilton Clark Sun Valley Resort was truly enjoyable, especially for families traveling with children. The property is beautifully maintained, with plenty of open spaces and greenery that create a peaceful and safe atmosphere for kids to explore and play. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day of activities. The staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to assist, which made our experience even more pleasant. The breakfast buffet had a great selection of dishes that catered to both adults and kids, making mornings something to look forward to. Overall, it was a memorable and relaxing stay for our family. Hilton Clark is definitely a great choice for those traveling with kids, and we would happily return in the future

We had a good stay so far. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were also friendly and easy to approach whenever we needed assistance. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

We had a great stay! Our room was clean, beautiful and spacious. We super enjoyed the bath tub in the balcony. The staff are all very friendly, quick and accommodating. The gym is also surprisingly nice. And oh, we totally love the Japanese toilet! We just have a few comments for improvement. The welcome drink should have an option to be delivered to the room. We were not able to get it, since the rain was pouring until the evening, and going out to the bar is not very convenient. Also, the elevator to the pool/gym smells funky. The basement parking is not giving 5 star hotel vibes. Lastly, it was not clear that the breakfast buffet is a semi-buffet only. Overall, we definitley had an amazing stay.

It was nice. They took a while for us to provide us our room. Their water tastes off and their halo-halo as well. I just had 3 spoons of it but wasn’t able to finish it. Their other foods are okay.

I had a great stay at Punta Clark. The location is very convenient, with several restaurants just outside the hotel, making it easy to grab a meal without having to travel far. The room was quite spacious and comfortable, especially for the price. It offers great value for money and had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. Overall, I really enjoyed my experience and would definitely recommend Punta Clark to my friends. I'd happily stay here again on my next visit to Clark.

The facilities, particularly the comfort room and shower, require significant upgrades. The management should explore alternative water sources. The water has a strong odor that makes it unusable, even for gargling or facial cleansing.
