The location is good, and the hotel is clean and well maintained. The air-conditioning and soundproofing are also good. However, the breakfast was rather average. The omelette and scrambled eggs were below average, and the food selection was quite limited. There were also many events being held in the hotel’s function hall during my stay, which made the lobby and dining area quite noisy. The hotel is also very strict about its check-out time. Late check-out beyond 12:30 PM was not allowed. It would be better if the hotel could offer an option to extend the check-out time by an additional hour or two, with an hourly payment option, especially for guests with later flights.Overall, considering the price, I would not recommend this hotel.

It was a beautiful experience. Our stay in Pullman Kuching is fun. The room is so comfortable and clean. We were surprised because my requests were granted and we were able to celebrate a late birthday celebration for my cousin. Also, the city view from our room is so beautiful and we can see the sunrise. We highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent experience during my recent stay at this hotel. The check-in procedure was exceptionally smooth and welcoming, thanks to Mr. Nasrul at the reception desk. He was incredibly helpful, professional and efficient, ensuring we felt valued from the moment we arrived. His warm hospitality and attention to detail set a wonderful tone for the rest of our stay. The entire experience was fantastic and I will certainly recommend this hotel to others. Please convey my sincere appreciation to Mr. Nasrul for his outstanding service.

Good for a little weekend getaway, peaceful and quite environment to chill and enjoy the weekend with family or partner. Nice to chill around the pool and the bar. Breakfast is good.

We booked this place last minute after denied check in at another place only to be able to stay at the said hotel after few hours. Forced to cancel and never stay in the unit but had an experience dealing with the owner. Although it cant be refunded but lets assume its a good place based on the pictures alone haha
