"I have stayed at the hotel many times , very convenient to the ADO bus station , central to restaurants. The room was clean and served its purpose. Hot water. The front desk could do with improvements, only one man was friendly and could speak English. There is no hairdryer in the room and should you wish to use one you must leave your ID at reception. The bar and its friendly staff situated adjacent to the hotel was a good place to hangout ."

"The are some cheap and good restaurants around the hotel. The bed was not good for two people, maybe good for one. However, the best was the price and location. There are not parking lot inside the hotel, you have to park at the street."

HHajiyev ToghrulWhen i booked this hotel, just look photos and price. I think like this expensive hotel must be excellent. But...
1. This is like 3 stars hotel.
2. Personals very bad. If you didn't pay them, nobody served for you. Just one time they can give you juice or something. Second time you need wait 20 minutes
3. I booked room for 2 people. But inside everything for one. Need ask many time for bring one more soap, or shampoo. And surely need pay....
4. No any amenities. Just pool and restaurants.
5. Normally if you pay this money in Dubai or Turkey, you can see whats the 5 stars. He you can't see any stars.
6. I think have just one reason for like this high price. It's a erotic show. Name is erotic. Nothing more. Just name:):):):)
So, if you have money, and want to rest. Didn't go this hotel. I booked it for 5 days. But stay there just 1 night.

ผผู้เข้าพักPerfectly located on the Cancun Hotel Zone *****, this resort strikes a great balance — close enough to the action if you want it, yet far enough away to truly unwind. The property itself is charming, not overly large, which makes everything easily accessible.
The pools are just the right size for activities and socializing, but the real highlight is the stunning beach — that’s where I spent most of my time. Dining options are plentiful with several restaurants to choose from (reservations are required), and the bars offer a wide variety of drinks. The café is also a must-visit.
Overall, I had a wonderful experience. This isn’t a massive, party-centric resort — it’s better suited for travelers looking to relax and enjoy the beach in a more laid-back atmosphere. If there’s one area for improvement, it would be refreshing the rooms and hallways, as they’re starting to show their age.

ผผู้เข้าพักI love to stay in this hotel but if I have another chance to visit this place I might choose it 50This was my first time visiting Cancun, and I chose this hotel. I had a wonderful and fulfilling stay, but if I had another chance to come back to Cancun, I would say there’s only about a 50% chance that I would choose this hotel again. Let me share both the highlights and the inconveniences.
What I liked:
Because I booked the all-inclusive option, all food and drinks were free. The food and beverages at the deck restaurant and on the beach were more than perfect. The quality of the food was excellent, the menu was great, and the fruits and drinks were absolutely the best. The hotel room was very spacious. Although our balcony was quite small, I was still very satisfied. The hotel had a charming atmosphere that reminded me of Santorini, Greece. The room was very clean, cool, and always stocked with drinks in the fridge. The hotel also offered a variety of activities. I personally wanted to rest, so I didn’t participate, but it seemed like there were plenty of options.
What I didn’t like:
Even though it was all-inclusive, I heard that some of the more upscale restaurants were not included, and there was an extra charge to dine there. Since I only stayed for 2 nights and 3 days, I was happy with the deck restaurant, but if I had stayed longer, I probably would have wanted to try them. I also felt uncomfortable with the pushy sales tactics for massage services. At first, the hotel offered me a complimentary massage simply because I was from Canada. However, when they later found out that I was a student here, they canceled it immediately, saying it was only available for working professionals. I hadn’t wanted the massage in the first place, but I didn’t like that they offered it just to get my information and then withdrew it so abruptly.
Another downside was the noise. At night, it was very loud, with karaoke-like singing from about 9:30 p.m. until almost 11 p.m. During the day, there was also the sound of drilling from construction that went on for hours. If you are looking for a quiet hotel, this is definitely not the right place.
When I first booked through Trip.com, I had reserved a room with a king-size bed. But at check-in, the hotel told me there was no king room available and instead tried to sell me an upgrade to an ocean-view room with a larger balcony and king-size bed for USD $160. I declined, and in the end, I was given a room with two queen beds, a smaller balcony, and a half-ocean view. Honestly, I was still satisfied with that.
The hotel is located roughly in the middle of the Hotel Zone—not too far north or south. I had booked a private van, and it took about 20–25 minutes from the airport. They said La Isla Mall was nearby, but when I passed by, I noticed many of the stores were closed. If you come expecting a vibrant shopping mall, you might be disappointed, so keep that in mind.

ผผู้เข้าพักThis hotel was NOT a good choice. It was pleasantly quiet only because it only offered a place to sleep. There was nothing there except a bar and a small pool. We had to go to the adjoining hotel to eat or for any entertainment. We paid for a premier ocean front room and were told that Trip.com sold us a reservation for a room that was not available. We were put in a room overlooking the parking lot, street, and lagoon. They later moved us to another room considered “ocean view” that has a window overlooking the water. The bathroom was so small that there was no room on the tiny vanity to put anything so there was a small ladder in-the corner to put our toiletries on. There was only one lightbulb in the bathroom …in the ceiling. Even though the hotel photos showed a makeup mirror and large vanity with a shelf, we did not have either. The unlighted shower had no shelf and had a shower curtain that did not contain the water so the bathmat and floor were always wet. We had to go over to a window to have any light. There was a small useless desk in the room with no lamp or plug.
The bathrooms in the llobby or around the pool were always dirty with un flushed toilets and wet floors. Several times there was no toilet paper, except on the floor.
The food choices were very limited. We could only go to the a la carte restaurants 3 times … all other meals had to be in the buffet which was in the other hotel. The food there was always cold and worse than fast food…. Probably the worst food we’d had in Mexico in the last 20 yrs of coming here. Looked the same every day. You had to give the hostess your room number and wait to be seated. I guess they wanted to make sure you only came in one time. At one point, after the hostess seated us in the buffet area, a manager came over to our table to tell my husband that we were in the wrong place and needed to move! Not sure why that happened and we were NOT happy about the scene that was created. I found the hostess and told her what occurred . She got the manager and I asked her why she singled us out about where we were sitting. She had no explanation !
The whole experience at this hotel was unpleasant. I would NOT recommend it to anyone . There are much nicer places in Csncun with much better food and accommodations.

Make sure you have transport arranged prior to arrival in Cancun otherwise you will be charged way too much by the taxis as they are all in cahoots together. They were wanting 80 US to start with. We ended up getting a taxi for 60 US which is $100 Australian and caught an Uber back to the airport for $25 Australian? there are no Ubers available at the airport on arrival.

ผผู้เข้าพักWe went to Cancun to end our honeymoon. We were greeted with a massive smile from all the hotel staff. Merary kindly checked us in. She saw we were on our honeymoon and very kindly upgraded us to an incredible room with the swim up pool. The room was stunning. We could chill in the pool whilst facing the beach. Not only did we get an upgrade we arrived at our room which had been decorated with balloons on the bed and the word love written with ribbon. We were also given a little cake too. The staff for our whole stay could not do enough for us. The food and drink options available were amazing! So much choice for both. The bar at night could have maybe done with another member of staff serving as we were waiting a long time for drinks but was worth it. The location of the hotel is perfect for the beach but also being so close to many other restaurants and bars in La Isla. Would 100% recommend this hotel.

Clean enough and the house keeping ladies are always lovely and attentive The whole hotel Needs refurbishing, beach day beds material old and worn with material falling off. Pool towels are nice and thick and fluffy. Expensive restaurant and always several items not available from menu. Bar near reception has happy hour 6.30-7.30 nightly. 2 for one drinks. Convenience store located directly opposite for snacks and street style Mexican food and tea & coffee. Pool is the highlight of this resort.
