Overall rating is good because the location and the size of property is great for two couples or a family of four. Initial teething problems took 4 days to resolve, not all amenities mentioned on website are available on arrival, the manager tried his best to meet requirements within the website after that he looked after us well

Нормально. Очень интересный интерьер, но очень темно. Жили на втором этаже, ничегошеньки не видно в номере. Всегда полумрак. А так, в целом, все понравилрсь. Сервис на хорошем уровне. Все вежливые, помогабт с любыми вопросами. Еще по близости нет магазинов, где можно было бы купить фрукты. Но это на побережье в целом.

Ist class service. Latifah at the front desk was amazing, very helpful and professional. El mahdi the concierge guy was amazing, very friendly and helped us with necessary information. The hotel looks much better than advertised on most sites. Everything is new and just beautiful. Very beautiful aesthetic, ambience and clean environment. The rooms are very spacious and well decorated. Only downside was I couldn't connect YouTube or my phone smart view to the TV to watch my preferred shows. However, that's just my personal choice. WiFi was good without issues. The food was really tasty and had good varieties. Overall, i highly recommend as palais des roses gave me a very good experience. Staff are really amazing and friendly.

Zephir Apart Hotel provided a fantastic experience from the moment I arrived. I felt warmly welcomed, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout my stay. My apartment was spacious, featuring a good-sized balcony and a well-equipped kitchen stocked with a variety of utensils. There was also a large wardrobe, complete with a safe for added convenience. The king-size bed was very comfortable, accompanied by fluffy pillows that ensured a good night sleep. The apartment was kept clean every day, which was much appreciated. The hotel itself was immaculate and nicely decorated, creating a calm and inviting atmosphere. Breakfast was served in a separate building adjacent to Zephir, where guests could enjoy a diverse selection of delicious options. There was the choice to sit indoors or on the veranda, which offered lovely views of the swimming pools that guests could access. Although I didn't partake in lunch or dinner there, I noticed that those services were also available. The location of the hotel is ideal, with all essential amenities close by and a pleasant 20-minute walk to the beach. Overall, I wholeheartedly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great stay!

Me and my wife stay suite hotel Tilila for four nights very good service this hotel close to beach only five minute walk lots of shop around Cafe next to hotel bus stop five minute walk taxi available all the time cross road staff is very helpful Cleaning wise or any help you need excellent service. I love this hotel. I will give five star, they have nice outside swimming pool. I love my room they give me sweet comfort studio. They have nice kitchen as well so we can cook on food make own tea. I love the room. I highly recommend to stay here if I come next time in Agadir I will book this hotel again, thank you very much ❤️👌

Location is good, fast check in, friendly staff, the tv doesn’t work , no channels to view, sink blocked, when reported to reception nothing happened, no hot water in the shower, hair dryer next to sink so gets sprayed by sink tap making it potentially dangerous, reported all to reception and was told that my comments will be passed to higher management to rectify. The issues are basic and should have been addressed prior to letting the room.

I had a wonderful stay at your hotel! The staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. From the front desk to housekeeping and the restaurant team, everyone made me feel genuinely cared for. The service was consistently professional and warm, which truly enhanced my experience. Дорогие друзья! Никогда не ориентируйтесь на отзывы гостей об отеле..Я начиталась,и когда приехала сюда все выискивала то о чем писали. И не нашла ничего кроме может быть качества полотенец. Отель для своих 3 * просто супер.. Большая территория,много бассейнов..питание с множеством видов мяса,рыбы,овощей и фруктов.. Имеет свой пляж с лежаками. Всегда есть места.. Анимационная команда просто супер..развлекает целый день и вечером дискотека и представление в амфитеатре.. 2 раза приезжали коллективы нац музыки.. В 15 часов все дружно поют гимн Агадиру. Очень красивый. Территория у отеля оч красивая. Много баров. Правда с алкоголем крепким слегка ограничивают. Разные коктейли делают. В общем бронируйте отель не пожалеете. The staff are all amazing really friendly. Hotel location is great close by to everything probably a 10 - 15 min walk to the beach. Place was clean but only issue I faced if I’m honest is the room I was given the lock chain was broken and door lock was broken I have provided pictures below. Was a bit scary knowing I couldn’t lock my door and did ask them to fix it but they didn’t. Other issue is this hotel is listed as a 5 star hotel but did not feel like it, other then having a fridge in the room there was no basic amenities like a kettle to have teas or coffees and no iron or ironing board. I would expect those at least for the price paid for the hotel. The breakfast was quite poor also very limited options. The reason why I’ve ranked this hotel high is the cleanliness and staff service but if they modernised and added more amenities this place would be amazing
