While the hotel itself was nice, their failure to honor confirmed reservations was unacceptable. Due to overbooking, several of our group's pre-made bookings were shifted, causing significant inconvenience and disrupting our plans. Confirmed reservations should mean exactly that — confirmed. Overbooking is a poor business practice that shows a lack of respect for guests who plan ahead. Management needs to address this issue before it damages their reputation further.

His professionalism, attentiveness, and willingness to assist at every moment made our experience seamless and memorable. He truly represents the high standards of hospitality that the Four Seasons brand is known for. The hotel itself is magnificent. The restoration and decoration beautifully reflect an authentic Moroccan touch, blending traditional craftsmanship with refined luxury. From the intricate details, elegant colors, and artisanal elements to the serene atmosphere throughout the property, every corner tells a story of heritage and sophistication. เราเดินทางไปโมร็อกโกและไปเที่ยวที่คาซาบลังกา ตันเจียร์ เฟส และราบัต ที่พักในราบัตดีที่สุดเลยค่ะ ที่พักใหม่นี้อยู่ห่างจากสถานีรถไฟราบัต อักดาล ประมาณ 6-7 นาทีโดยรถแท็กซี่ อพาร์ตเมนต์สะอาดมาก ห้องน้ำดี และฝักบัวเร็ว มีระเบียงด้วย มีกาต้มน้ำ ตู้เย็น ตู้แช่แข็ง ไมโครเวฟ และเตาแก๊ส มีทีวีด้วย การเข้าพักสะดวกสบายมาก พนักงานต้อนรับดีมาก ตอบคำถามเร็วมากทาง WhatsApp ฉันแนะนำที่นี่แน่นอน และจะกลับมาพักที่นี่อีกถ้าไปเที่ยวราบัตค่ะ

Honestly… I completely fell in love with this hotel in Morocco 🇲🇦💛 🌿 Ambience & Design The hotel is absolutely beautiful! Every detail reflects authentic Moroccan style — so charming and cozy. It’s the kind of place you just want to stay in and enjoy. 🛏️ Room Very comfortable, clean, and well maintained. Perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. 🍽️ Breakfast Definitely one of the highlights! Everything was delicious, with amazing local options — I loved trying the traditional food 🤍 🤝 Service The staff was outstanding! Everyone was so kind, attentive, and always ready to help. It really made the experience even more special. 📍 Location Excellent location, making it easy to explore and enjoy the city. 💭 Final thoughts An amazing experience from start to finish. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it! ⭐ Rating: 10/10

I stayed expecting a proper 5-star experience, but unfortunately my stay was disappointing in several aspects. The furniture and overall room condition felt outdated and poorly maintained. The cleanliness standards were below expectations, especially the bed sheets, which did not appear clean upon arrival.. Breakfast was another major disappointment. The quality and variety were very average and definitely not at the level expected from a hotel presenting itself as luxury  What surprised me most was that the hotel seemed more focused on management presence, security teams, and formalities than on improving the actual guest experience and comfort. Overall, I did not feel this hotel delivers the standard or value of a true 5-star property, and I would personally not choose to stay here agai
