I requested a room with a bathtub and mountain view, but neither of my wishes was fulfilled. The receptionist made excuses such as the hotel being fully booked and bathtubs being taken out nowadays for sustainability reasons, and he did not look like he was trying hard to find one for me. Hotels are the place to relax, and bathtubs should not be sacrificed. I moved from Double Tree next door just wishing for a bathtub and a nice view, but I don't think I will return to NH because the room and staff were better at Double Tree if I could not have them anyway. The 500ml bottle of water in the fridge cost €3, whereas it did €2 at Double Tree. The room equipment was much better at Double Tree. Here at NH, there are no electric outlets near the bed. I was surprised. The only upside is that NH is closer to the metro station, but the metro was not running while I was there. Location-wise, I recommend this hotel for those who drive here. Parking is plenty.

The studio is in perfect location to explore Turin, about 650m walk from Turin Porta Nuova train station, and very close to Piazzza San Carlo (one of the main squares with history, events and lifely daily activities. We were given a studio during noon where we arrived, which is earlier than the official check-in time. Frontdesk is efficient and helpful, and Sabrina is cheerful. The studio size is bigger than our expectation, with large outdoor balcony. Ideal for travellers that wish to have spacious place to stay and relax. The only thing that could be improved would be mattress (spring support) to make it a perfect stay.

尊敬的攜程您好，如果是沒有客房清潔的住宿就請不要標成“酒店”。 比較糟糕的一次體驗。這種糟糕的體驗90%來自不專業的前台。 先説比較滿意的部分：離火車站比較近，步行十到十五分鐘即可到達。設施比較新，有咖啡機，也有廚房，且炊具很齊全，很適合做飯。第一天遇到的前台很友善，提前讓我們40分鐘入住了房間（提前入住需要收取30歐元）。 糟糕的部分：第二天晚上下班回來發現房間沒有打掃就下去問前台。前台強調we are not a hotel, this is an apartment （我們不是酒店，是公寓）。FINE，遂問能不能換一下毛巾或者拿兩條乾淨的毛巾，得到回覆換毛巾需要收取10歐。洗手間的水池下水比較慢，所以問前台能不能請人看看，卻被質問：why didn’t you report this yesterday（你為什麼昨天不説）. I WAS WORKING YESTERDAY AND BY THE TIME I GOT BACK YOU WERE OFF WORK! How would I know if it didn’t work if I haven’t used it at all. 邏輯滿分的前台，完全不內耗，有問題衹會是住客的問題。 真誠建議攜程不要標註是酒店，它自己的員工也強調了不是酒店。

Good location near Torino Porta Nuova station and surrounded by nice restaurants. Not too far from the city center either, a walkable distance. Nice common area with a kitchen, lots of tables, comfy couches, ping pong table, guitar etc. Nice that they have a water dispenser, even for sparkling water. The room was generally clean and spacious, nice that a whole set of towels are included in the price, which was not the case at another hostel I stayed in Bologna (there was an extra charge). They could do with more hangers and places to actually hang the hangers though. Another thing that was slightly inconvenient was that the attic room is not accessible by the lift, you still have to lug your luggage up a last bit of stairs and the door opens outward so that makes it even harder to bring the luggage in.

ที่พักสุดยอดมากในหอพักนักศึกษา มีพื้นที่สำหรับอ่านหนังสือ ห้องออกกำลังกาย ห้องพักสะอาด โปร่งสบาย เพดานสูง มีห้องครัว ห้องนั่งเล่นส่วนกลาง และแม้แต่สนามเทนนิส! มีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบครันเกินกว่าที่คุณต้องการสำหรับการพักสองสามคืนในเมือง ที่พักอยู่ใกล้ใจกลางเมืองมาก และระบบขนส่งสาธารณะก็สะดวก รถบัสจะพาคุณไปยังใจกลางเมืองภายใน 15 นาที ในขณะที่การเดินจะใช้เวลาประมาณ 25-30 นาที นอกจากนี้ยังมีซูเปอร์มาร์เก็ตขนาดใหญ่ในอาคารเดียวกัน ซึ่งสะดวกมากเพราะมีสินค้าให้เลือกมากมาย แต่ระวัง – มีคนไร้บ้านอาศัยอยู่ใกล้กับซูเปอร์มาร์เก็ต (ถนนเส้นนั้นอาจมีเหตุการณ์ไม่พึงประสงค์เกิดขึ้นในเวลากลางคืน) ส่วนเรื่องที่พักนั้น ชุมชนที่ใหญ่ที่สุดคือกลุ่มนักศึกษา – ทุกคนเป็นกันเองและต้อนรับดีมาก พนักงานต้อนรับและพนักงานคนอื่นๆ ก็ให้ความช่วยเหลือดีมาก ให้ความรู้สึกเหมือนพักโรงแรม แนะนำเลย 👍🏻

La camera era molto pulita e ordinata. Presente un accappatoio e un paio di pantofole usa e getta, inoltre una bottiglia di acqua naturale da 0,50 l in omaggio. Presente un televisore a schermo piatto. Bagno pulito, la doccia nonostante sia un po’ vecchio stile con ancora la tendina impermeabile quest’ ultima era nuova e pulita. Soddisfatto anche dell’ accoglienza e delle informazioni ricevute alla reception al mio arrivo. L’ hotel si trova a una decina di minuti a piedi dal capolinea del tram linea 4 (momentaneamente causa lavori la linea é interrotta e ferma solo fino a Piazza Derna invece che fermare anche alla fermata Scotellaro più vicina all’ hotel) molto comoda per raggiungere il centro. L’ hotel si trova in una strada di scarso passaggio soprattutto nelle ore serali visto che le attività limitrofe cessano l’ orario di apertura, seppur illuminata non é tra le più sicure a mio avviso da percorrere a piedi da soli (io infatti ho preferito noleggiare un monopattino in sharing per raggiungere l’ hotel alla sera).

Hotel and room itself were okay, but I was shocked when someone opened my door and walked into my room at 9:15am in the morning without knocking or ringing beforehand, while I was still sleeping . Again someone (not sure if same person) walked into my room at around 10am (checkout time is 12pm), this time it was the mini-bar guy, asking if the mini bar items need to be restocked. I brought this up at the reception upon checkout, and the receptionist was a bit surprised to hear and stated that she would speak with the mini-bar guy. Another, seemingly more senior receptionist chimed in, and seemed to put the blame on me for not putting out the ”do not disturb” sign at my door. I've stayed in numerous high/low end hotels in multiple countries around the world, I've never had a guy open my room door and walk into my room just because I didn't put out a ”dnd” sign. Again, checkout time is 12:00pm.

Hotel was great! The staff was very kind and nice. Our room was big and spacious, very clean, and everything worked perfectly. The breakfast was good and the place had an overall nice vibe. It’s not very close to the city center, and there are some curious locations around it. A lot of restaurants and bars in the area, also some supermarkets. I would recommend this place if you are young and energetic and if you don’t mind the 20 minute walk to the city center. But over all it was a very pleasant experience and a great place for the value!

I enjoy staying in this hotel, the room is very big and clean and warm the staffs were friendly, anytime I visit Torino again I will stay in this hotel
