YY DarjeelingThe man who helped for check in was very professional and friendly, spoke French and English too which was great.
I asked for the tourist information at the desk too which was very clear and helpful.
The parking was easy in front of the hotel, a spacious room, a great choice for breakfast.
Cleanliness, in general was good, except a few spots on the floor in the bathroom was missed.
I will recommend to any of my friends.

Letto molto confortevole, ottimi prodotti da bagno, cucina attrezzata con dotazione di acqua, caffè e the.
Fermata dei mezzi pubblici molto vicina e parcheggio a pagamento (decisamente caro però), proprio di fronte alla struttura.
Esperienza molto positiva complessivamente

ผผู้เข้าพักThe studio is in perfect location to explore Turin, about 650m walk from Turin Porta Nuova train station, and very close to Piazzza San Carlo (one of the main squares with history, events and lifely daily activities. We were given a studio during noon where we arrived, which is earlier than the official check-in time. Frontdesk is efficient and helpful, and Sabrina is cheerful. The studio size is bigger than our expectation, with large outdoor balcony. Ideal for travellers that wish to have spacious place to stay and relax. The only thing that could be improved would be mattress (spring support) to make it a perfect stay.

ผผู้เข้าพักHotel and room itself were okay, but I was shocked when someone opened my door and walked into my room at 9:15am in the morning without knocking or ringing beforehand, while I was still sleeping . Again someone (not sure if same person) walked into my room at around 10am (checkout time is 12pm), this time it was the mini-bar guy, asking if the mini bar items need to be restocked. I brought this up at the reception upon checkout, and the receptionist was a bit surprised to hear and stated that she would speak with the mini-bar guy. Another, seemingly more senior receptionist chimed in, and seemed to put the blame on me for not putting out the ”do not disturb” sign at my door. I've stayed in numerous high/low end hotels in multiple countries around the world, I've never had a guy open my room door and walk into my room just because I didn't put out a ”dnd” sign. Again, checkout time is 12:00pm.

TTravel addict ✈️Amazing stay in a great student campus. You have a study area, a gym, a nice clean room with high ceilings and a kitchen, communal living room spaces and even a tennis court! Definitely more than you need from a couple nights in the city. The area is very close to the Center, and the transport links are great. Buses get you to the city centre in 15 minutes while walking will take you more like 25-30 min. Also they have a large supermarket in the same building, which is super convenient as they have plenty of choice. But beware — there’s a homeless guy nestling right by the supermarket (that street can get some dodgy action at night). As per the accommodation, the biggest community there is composed of students - all very welcoming and friendly. Receptionists and staff are also very helpful. Feels like a hotel. Recommend 👍🏻

MManuHotel was great!
The staff was very kind and nice. Our room was big and spacious, very clean, and everything worked perfectly.
The breakfast was good and the place had an overall nice vibe.
It’s not very close to the city center, and there are some curious locations around it. A lot of restaurants and bars in the area, also some supermarkets.
I would recommend this place if you are young and energetic and if you don’t mind the 20 minute walk to the city center.
But over all it was a very pleasant experience and a great place for the value!

AaciccuLa camera era molto pulita e ordinata.
Presente un accappatoio e un paio di pantofole usa e getta, inoltre una bottiglia di acqua naturale da 0,50 l in omaggio.
Presente un televisore a schermo piatto.
Bagno pulito, la doccia nonostante sia un po’ vecchio stile con ancora la tendina impermeabile quest’ ultima era nuova e pulita.
Soddisfatto anche dell’ accoglienza e delle informazioni ricevute alla reception al mio arrivo.
L’ hotel si trova a una decina di minuti a piedi dal capolinea del tram linea 4 (momentaneamente causa lavori la linea é interrotta e ferma solo fino a Piazza Derna invece che fermare anche alla fermata Scotellaro più vicina all’ hotel) molto comoda per raggiungere il centro. L’ hotel si trova in una strada di scarso passaggio soprattutto nelle ore serali visto che le attività limitrofe cessano l’ orario di apertura, seppur illuminata non é tra le più sicure a mio avviso da percorrere a piedi da soli (io infatti ho preferito noleggiare un monopattino in sharing per raggiungere l’ hotel alla sera).

ผผู้เข้าพักCheck in fantástico, simpatía del staff, limpieza y ubicación perfecta que permite desplazarte caminando a los puntos de interés de Turin.
Fácil conexión con el aeropuerto en bus y en tren (Porta Susa). Supermercado a 50 metros.
El desayuno es un espectáculo, en especial para los amantes del queso. Merece la pena: con opciones de dulce, salado, frío y caliente y productos locales típicos del piamonte.
El único inconveniente es la falta de aislamiento de la habitación Si te toca un vecino con poca educación, puede fastidiar tu descanso.
