One of the highlights of my stay was the in-house restaurant, Chirp. The food was absolutely delicious, offering a variety of flavors that left me wanting more after every meal. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the quality and taste were consistently impressive. What truly stood out, though, was the staff. Every member of the team was warm, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating. They went out of their way to ensure that I had everything I needed and made me feel genuinely valued as a guest. "ทําเลที่ตั้งดีที่สุด ขนาดห้องกําลังดี ห้องน้ํามีอ่างอาบน้ํา แต่ไม่มีเสื่อเท้า ห้องน้ําไม่สะอาดเลย ตู้เย็นไม่สะอาดและแทบไม่เย็น ร้านอาหารดีมาก ผู้จัดการและพนักงานต้อนรับสุภาพมาก WiFi ไม่ทํางานเลยและการเชื่อมต่อในห้องของฉันบนชั้น 4 นั้นแย่มาก ส่วนที่ดีที่สุดคือไม่มีเสียงรบกวนจากห้องอื่น พวกเขาให้ผ้าเช็ดตัวผืนเดียวแก่เราจนกว่าเราจะขอผ้าเช็ดตัวที่สองและไม่มีผ้าเช็ดปาก การดูแลทําความสะอาดค่อนข้างช้า แต่สําหรับราคาฉันคิดว่ามันโอเค จําเป็นต้องตรวจสอบความสะอาด .. มีห่อบิสกิตในตู้เย็น .. ชัดเจนว่าทําความสะอาดไม่ได้เสร็จสมบูรณ์ "

"I made my base here when travelling for a friends wedding. My first time in India! The hotel was gorgeous and especially the rooftop. The spa treatment was well priced and very relaxing. In general the staff were very helpful too. I went in November, hotel seemed pretty quiet. I did not give 5 stars for cleanliness as I could see some marks on the window(which is full length from floor to ceiling) but in general was a lovely place to rest whilst not out exploring :)"

"I had a wonderful stay for 6 nights at the Sheraton Grand Bund Garden, Pune. A special mention to Ms. Rupal Navale, who went out of her way to ensure every detail of my stay was perfect. She personally checked in to see if I was comfortable and if there was anything I needed, which was great service. She also kindly sent up a birthday cake as I was there celebrating my birthday. Her warm hospitality and attention to detail made my stay exceptionally comfortable and memorable."
