I always love staying at Vivanta Coimbatore. Amazing stuff! Ansari and Vahijni always manure the stay was pleasant and being at home.

Great location, clean but worn-out, slow check-in, limited amenities, buffet replaced by voucher. Each point from the original review is preserved but presented with clearer structure and detail. Location The hotel’s location is excellent, making it convenient to access nearby attractions. However, the map directions to the hotel were incorrect, which caused confusion when I was trying to find it. Cleanliness and Condition My room was clean and tidy, reflecting good housekeeping standards. On the downside, I noticed that some parts of the property have started to show wear and tear, suggesting that certain fixtures or furnishings could use an update. Amenities • Bathroom: Very clean. There was no exhaust fan in the restroom, which led to poor ventilation and a stuffy feeling after showers. • Television: The TV in my room offered only a limited number of channels, so entertainment options were quite restricted. • Wi-Fi: The Wi-Fi connection was strong. However, I could only connect one device at a time, which was inconvenient since I had multiple devices that needed internet access. Check-In Process I found the check-in process to be quite slow. I had to fill out a form and go through additional procedures like Aadhaar ID scanning and having a digital photo taken — all of which made the check-in more time-consuming than expected. Breakfast Experience A major reason I chose this hotel was its promise of a free and delicious breakfast buffet (I’m a big fan of breakfast buffets). Unfortunately, instead of an actual buffet at the hotel, I was given a voucher to use at a nearby restaurant for breakfast. While the voucher allowed me to order anything I wanted from the menu, it wasn’t as satisfying as a true buffet experience and left me disappointed.

I have been stayed for 1 night' the stay was osm actually.......and based on the staff behaviour it's marvelous And main Tq so....The person from Service Department his name is. ... DAVID and I don't nop the RECEPTION GIRL SHE WAS SOO GOOD ENOUGH TQQ SOOO MCH FOR TREATING ME AS YOUR FAMILY'

Great place to stay for any kind of trip ,official or pleasure.well maintained, good housekeeping and well laid out breakfast buffet. On the whole had a wonderful time

The service quality and friendliness of the staff has dropped a lot, when i compare my stay with Radison Blu in Coimbatore, the overall rating is 6.5/10 rather than RB 9/10. Team please look into it.

I booked for 24th but i came to hotel to check-in @ 7.3 am, if rooms are completely full i can understand , but rooms were their & 2 customer checked in he did not offer me to early check in even i requested i will pay extra for early check in , he denied , policy should be for all he allowed 2 customer why not me , T 9.15 he allowed me & there was room available which made me more disappoint , And he is asking me to vacate next day same time i requested extra 1 hour he did not allowed , he called today morning at 8.15 am and skiing me to vacate , i usually stay in Heritage Inn hotel due to non availability i tried , but never will visit again . service is complete Nill , no smile rude behavior......
