I had a very enjoyable stay at Ascott Jakarta. The room was exceptionally spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing a relaxing environment after a day of exploring the city. The location was convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. One area for improvement would be the breakfast selection, as a wider variety of options would enhance the overall experience. Nevertheless, the quality of the stay, the large room size, and the comfort provided more than made up for this. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would gladly return on my next visit to Jakarta.

Location, service, room, amenities and facilities are good. Some of the furniture may be old.

Location very good , very nice people, staff very nice and helpful, the only thing bathroom old style the toilet is hard to clean inside .

Hotel has very spacious rooms. It's a has a good Mexican restaurant at the lobby. Breakfast comes with a good variety of Asian and Western dishes. Friendly staff as well.

รักโรงแรมนี้จริงๆ! การบริการดีและอาหารเช้าก็ดีมากเช่นกัน ใกล้กับห้างสรรพสินค้าเดอะพลาซ่าอินโดนีเซียมากเกินไป!

The location of the hotel is good and convenient. Although the beds are quite small, everything else was okay and the stay was comfortable for a day trip
