1 out of 2 that is truly 5 stars hotel available in Semarang city. All facilities meet up our expectation. Although price can be 3 times compare to other 4 star hotel. But we can different relax & convenient experience here. Tentrem mall just next door is a plus.

This was my first time staying at Khas Semarang. I arrived around 12 pm and the hotel was very crowded because there was an event that day. The staff told me check-in was only at 2 pm, which is fine, but the problem was there were basically no seats available in the lobby to wait. They suggested I sit in the restaurant instead. Honestly that felt a bit strange since it’s Ramadan and people are fasting. Anyway, as a local I didn’t really mind, so I just went to Paragon Mall which is about 10 minutes away to kill some time. The room itself was quite clean and had all the basic amenities, so no issue there. For sahur, I requested breakfast to be delivered at 3 am. It only arrived around 3:30 am. When I asked the staff why it was late, they said they had to deliver to more than 20 rooms first. That made me wonder why they don’t just open a simple sahur buffet to make things easier for everyone. The soto was actually nice, but unfortunately it was already cold by the time it arrived. Food overall was decent. One thing I like about this hotel is the location. There are quite a few nice cafés around and many of them are open 24 hours, so it’s easy to find somewhere to hang out late at night if you want.

โรงแรมสะอาดจริงๆ! สถาปัตยกรรมมีความสวยงามด้วยการผสมผสานของสีขาวดําและโครงสร้างที่เรียบง่ายและสง่างาม บริการน่าทึ่งมาก! พนักงานก็ใจดีและช่วยเหลือดีมาก! ฉันสามารถพูดได้อย่างมั่นใจว่ามันเป็นหนึ่งใน 4 ดาวที่ดีที่สุดในเซมารัง และสมควรที่จะอยู่ในรายการ 4 ดาวให้เลือก!

The hotel staff were nice and very helpful. Despite that the room is quite old-style, the room is clean and well maintained. The breakfast was also good, plenty of food varieties. Location is also very strategic

As mentioned on my previous review the hotel tomorrow and provides a really good however aging amenities and hotel experience. The stay was good the food was amazing however I do have to say that in the four star hotel class in central samarang there are a lot of other choices so feel free to take a look at those first but do not leave novotel entirely out of your list.

My fav hotel for staycation in Semarang but this time it’s not my lovely experience. First room I got has leaked aircon, it dripped every second so they offered a new room. In new room, the aircon didn’t work properly but I didn’t want to complain anymore as I didn’t want to change room again and again. Booked with breakfast but they said it’s too few guests on that day so they will just let me choose my breakfast from the menu. Only one menu for each guest. I didn’t like this because the room has no proper table to eat. Even there’s only one chair. So yeah, not my best experience. But maybe I’ll give it another try. This hotel usually offered good service. Maybe just wrong timing and situation for me.

นี่เป็นครั้งที่สามที่ฉันมาพักที่ Metro Park View และประสบการณ์ก็ดีมากเช่นเคย พนักงานใจดีพอให้ฉันเช็คอินหลัง 12.00 น. โดยไม่ต้องรอจนถึง 14.00 น. เพราะห้องพร้อมแล้ว ฉันยังรู้สึกประหลาดใจกับการอัพเกรดห้องฟรีซึ่งได้รับการชื่นชมจริงๆ บริการตลอดการเข้าพักนั้นยอดเยี่ยม พนักงานเป็นมิตรช่วยเหลือดีและเป็นมืออาชีพ เนื่องจากฉันพักในช่วงเดือนรอมฎอนอาหารเช้า sahur ก็ดีมากมีอาหารให้เลือกมากมายทุกอย่างเตรียมไว้อย่างดีและตรงต่อเวลา ทําให้มื้อเช้าสบายและสนุกสนาน ห้องพักสะอาด สะดวกสบาย และได้รับการดูแลอย่างดี ซึ่งทําให้ง่ายต่อการพักผ่อนหลังจากวันที่ยาวนานอยู่ข้างนอก โดยรวมแล้วบรรยากาศของโรงแรมให้ความรู้สึกสงบและอบอุ่น ทําเลที่ตั้งเป็นข้อได้เปรียบที่ใหญ่อีกอย่างหนึ่ง มีตลาดนัดรอมฎอนอยู่ข้างๆ ซึ่งสะดวกมากในช่วงเดือนสวดมนต์ รอบๆ โรงแรมยังมีร้านกาแฟและที่กินมากมาย จึงหาของกินได้ง่าย หรือเพียงแค่พักผ่อนข้างนอก สุจริตฉันไม่สามารถคิดเกี่ยวกับข้อร้องเรียนหรือจุดลบเกี่ยวกับการเข้าพักครั้งนี้ได้ ทุกอย่างราบรื่นและสนุกสนาน หากคุณกําลังเยี่ยมชมเซมารังฉันขอแนะนําให้จองโรงแรมนี้อย่างแน่นอน

Large room and bathroom. Kettle and mini fridge provided. Water dispensers on every floor. Plenty of storage. Good aircon and decent WiFi. Rooms are similar to an Ibis design. Good location, close to shopping malls and about a 30 minute walk to the old town. Wonderful staff, very kind and helpful. Nice pool area. It's on a main road so it was noisy at times.

ฉันชอบพักที่นี่มาก เพราะมีสนามเด็กเล่นและสระว่ายน้ำ... แค่พักผ่อนในโรงแรมก็พอแล้ว มีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกมากมายที่จะทำให้คุณไม่มีวันเบื่อ

Dari lokasi cukup strategis, pelayanan cukup bagus, Pelayan mengantar dan menunjukan lokasi kamar, beberapa kali terlihat petugas membukakan pintu saat tamu masuk/keluar hotel Kamarnya juga cukup luas Cuma kekurangannya ... Palkiran yang kurang memadai, lebih enak palkir diluar samping hotel, biar mudah keluar masuk, kalo palkir didalam kadang susah keluar karena tertutup mobil Semoga kedepannya, tempat palkir bisa lebih diperhatikan lagi, biar tamu lebih nyaman
