While the price point is slightly on the higher side, the quality of service, amenities, and overall experience makes it worth every penny. The receptionist is professional by providing facilities information. The room is far from the escalator. I need to arrive my room with 4 turns….(Maybe my room type is located there.) The room is spacious. Some stains are spotted on the linens including bed sheet cover and duvet cover. As I just stay for one night, this won’t be a big issue to me. The pillow are too high to sleep and I use a towel instead.

I stayed with my wife and 2 children (2 rooms) at the hotel. The hotel service seemed unprepared to handle the large number of guests. The breakfast room was very small and unable to accommodate guests, as well as the limited food options. We had to wait 15 minutes in front of the reception with other guests to get a seat for breakfast. Towels at the swimming pool were also unavailable. The parking area was quite spacious behind the building, but there was a lot of trash and construction debris. Otherwise, it was standard for a 4-star hotel.
