Kkokannie_Please take note : extra ticket needs to be paid to enter this forest reserved area which has not mentioned during booking. Payment has to be made when driver enter this area. But it’s only a one time payment on first entry.
This area is serene but not on raining day.
They should have install a lamp on its outdoor resting area because there is the only place for food, and chill at night. Without lamp installation, it’s real dark. Kinda like dining in the dark. Else, please prepare your own portable lamp.
Please bring an umbrella along as the weather is unexpected.
The customer service is slow and I got stuck when I needed customer service. They only available on trip.com chat box and bobobox chat box.
Food ordering takes around an hour to arrive after ordered and paid.
2 nights was just enough to explore this whole place and places nearby.
A place to actually keep phones away and be with nature.

ผผู้เข้าพักIt was pouring otw to our point of interest so we decided to drop by the hotel to check it out and wait it out thru the rain. Staffs was super nice even though we were really early before the check in time. They mentioned only one room was ready and they will quickly prep another room for us. we waited for about 15 mins and they came with 4 umbrellas for each of us towards the hotel.
Truly appreciate the hospitality and for them to try and let us check in eariler so we have somewhere to rest while waiting for the rest to stop
Room is spacious, clean, nice view with a nice small balcony. High speed internet is also provided.
The only downside is if you are an introvert and would be back at the hotel early you will have to deal with Karaoke session(thankfully doesn't sound bad) till about 10pm and after that there is a group of people bbq-ing downstairs with music ( might not be a everyday affair) so if you are a light sleeper perhaps can request for the higher lvl room facing the otherside.

TTikatslumayan oke , tapi krna baru jadinya blum benar2 oke pelayanannya.. dpt kamar diujung bgt dan masih pambangunan jd berisik tukang. lalu dpt kanar yg pintu kamar mandinya susah tutup jd harus panggil maintenance nunggu 1.5jam benerin pintu, gk ada niat untuk mindahin ke kamar lain jd waktu kita habis sih.. lainnya oke staff nya so so kurang inisiatif, ball boy gk lgusnh ambil koper klo gk diminta.. mungkin krna baru smoga bs ditingkatkan lagi

CChrysaWe booked 3 rooms forv6 pax. I am very pleased with the rooms and service.
Breakfast was good and varieties. Unfortunately, on the 6th day, I found a medium fly or bee in the vegetables. I showed to the staff serving foid but no response from them.
I was quite pleased when I entered the hotel. Unfortunately, I had lots of trauma with 4 cats jumping and appearing suddenly running across everywhere. One cat even keeps meowing at the door at night until I have to call the reception to take it away.
They should cage the cat or house them far fro. The front rather than let them run wild causing traumatic experience.
I would not want to stay at Sandalwood in future.

IiphuriosThe room is very spacious! It has living room space, balcony space, and bedroom. Each room have one independent car park, very convenient if you come driving.
The cleanliness level is poor, the towel is mouldy, the bedsheet have some stains, but the floor is mopped properly.
Amenities are minimum, they provide tiny bar soap and very tiny shampoo bottle. No toothbrush or tooth paste. Instead of water bottle, they only gave 200ml cup water.
The most annoying part is the water heater. It is only available from 7am-9:30am and 7pm-9:30pm, which is very inconvenient for a traveller like me.
The view is not bad. The family room (the most expensive) is at the bottom level, which makes it have the worst view of the garden. It also inconvenient as I need to climb the stairs every time I’m in or out of the room.
Other than that, location wise is good if you are going to Asia Africa or Farmhouse Lembang. I left my car at the hotel and walk to these two places.

ผผู้เข้าพักThis was my favorite place to stay in Bandung. I would have given it all 5 stars if I stayed there 20 years ago. That’s my only complaints about it. Must have been amazing when it first opened. It needs modernization and to be brought back to its former glory. Besides that, it’s clean, beautiful layout, very cool that it had its own balcony. Great breakfast and excellent staff. The quality you get for the price is great.

ผผู้เข้าพักIt's a great hotel to stay with the family. The room is quiet, clean, and really cool. The hotel employees are also friendly and helpful with the information that you need about the route to the Great Asia Africa, Farm house etc. My kids are happy to swim till late even though the swimming pool is already closed. I will definitely visit this hotel on the next trip of adventure.

MMeldbbyWe made a last-minute booking at Nirwana Lembang, and it turned out to be totally worth it. Even with the sudden plan, the price was reasonable for what we got, so overall it felt like good value for money. The place is very family-friendly, with a cozy atmosphere and plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy the cool Lembang weather.
One of the highlights for us was the swimming pool it’s spacious, clean, and perfect for families. The garden area is also suitable for gatherings, whether for big family trips or small group events. Overall, it was a satisfying stay, especially considering it was a last-minute booking, and we would definitely consider coming back for another family getaway.
