ผผู้เข้าพักPark plaza is an exceptional service provider, excellent amenities, cleanliness is top-notch, its sound proofed, no noise, its a relaxing ambient, the chef and menu is delicious, ordered room service and it was very palatable and delicious!! Location is prime to the center and my event. Staff were amazing. Their contact system is top notch too. Loved it and had a beautiful one night. Hope to return again.

ผผู้เข้าพักThe hotel is conveniently located near the train station, with a Co‑op supermarket just a short walk away. The property feels quite new, and the facilities are all in great condition. The room itself was spacious and comfortable. Although the housekeeping wasn’t particularly thorough, it was acceptable overall. I would still highly recommend this hotel if you’re planning to spend time exploring Leeds.

Did online check in before arrival which made it quick and simple to collect key card from the reception. The room was spacious and clean with everything you’d need. Limited noise from outside even though the hotel is slap bang in the city centre. Would stay again.

ผผู้เข้าพักLovely rooms, welcoming and kind staff in general. However there were some minor things that became a little bit of a concern. For example, leaky shower pipe, worn out shower, fridge in room was great but it didn't really make my drinks cold enough, the window was a bit small making the room not lit up enough during the day, even though the tv had WiFi it wasn't a smart tv and I couldn't connect my phone to it. A bit disappointing because it was a large tv lol
To make things worse, I was trying to order food at the bar and the person asked me to sit down so that he can take my order from the table. I did that, and he never came back even though he was serving customers seated around me. It was awkward and I was almost amused by it. When I left, he asked me ”no food order?” Lol . Anyway, overall it was moderately pleasant would give it 3 out 5

No soap and shower gel in the bathroom.
No hair dryer. Hotel wasn’t busy and there was plenty of rooms of the same one we booked but, they chose to stick us there. That room should oy be used when hotel is at capacity. Think the receptionist was only interested in upgrading us for an extra fee. She sort of blackmailed us, she said this is your room if you don’t upgrade, like wth

RRealerTheGreatMy 3rd time here. Always the best budget place to stay! Easy access to motorways, huge amount of parking spots! And not to mention, easy access to the service station next to it with Starbucks, McDonald’s, KFC.

ห้องแรกของเราเย็นจนรู้สึกไม่สบายตัว ไฟครึ่งหนึ่งไม่ทำงาน และก๊อกน้ำในห้องน้ำหลวม ซึ่งบ่งชี้ว่าขาดการบำรุงรักษาที่เหมาะสม หลังจากรายงานปัญหาระบบทำความร้อนแล้ว เราก็ถูกย้ายไปยังห้องอื่น อย่างไรก็ตาม เห็นได้ชัดว่าเราไม่ได้เป็นคนเดียวที่ประสบปัญหานี้ แขกคนอื่นๆ ก็ถูกเปลี่ยนห้องด้วยเช่นกันเนื่องจากอุณหภูมิที่เย็น ดูเหมือนว่าเนื่องจากโรงแรมมีขนาดใหญ่มาก พนักงานอาจไม่มีเวลาตรวจสอบระบบทำความร้อนในทุกห้อง นอกจากนี้ ห้องพักยังมักจะอบอ้าวมาก ทำให้หาอุณหภูมิที่สบายได้ยาก

แม้ว่าเครื่องนอนจะซักแล้ว แต่ผ้าปูที่นอนบางผืนก็มีคราบที่มองเห็นได้ ทำให้ภาพรวมของความสะอาดดูแย่ลง นอกจากนี้ พนักงานทำความสะอาดยังทำงานในเวลาที่ไม่ปกติอีกด้วย เมื่อเรากลับมาจากรับประทานอาหารเย็นหลัง 22.00 น. ไปแล้ว การทำความสะอาดห้องยังคงดำเนินต่อไป ซึ่งเป็นเรื่องที่ไม่คาดคิด

HHeart LionThe Met Hotel offers the most convenient location in Leeds, just a 4-minute walk from the train station. Additionally, the warm hospitality I received made my stay truly unforgettable. The hotel’s interior is beautifully decorated in Victorian style, adding to its charm.

ผผู้เข้าพักPlace is very near to the Bus station which is the most important thing. Very polite and nice staff, accomodating and there is always someone in the desk when you need something. The place is clean, a bit old but still comfortable to sleep with. My kid is so happy, though it rained all throughout out visit. The only downside is no kettle for hot water when we want a hot drink. But our stay is still a pleasant experience for us.
