"Place is very near to the Bus station which is the most important thing. Very polite and nice staff, accomodating and there is always someone in the desk when you need something. The place is clean, a bit old but still comfortable to sleep with. My kid is so happy, though it rained all throughout out visit. The only downside is no kettle for hot water when we want a hot drink. But our stay is still a pleasant experience for us."

"Handy location for us to get to Garforth train station as we had a show to attend in York. Staff were lovely too! Partner enjoyed the swimming pool. Would stay again if ever in the area. Easy to find from the motorway as we're from out of town. Thanks for having us."

"Great location,very quiet peaceful area beautiful room and very clean I lived it . But my stay would have been better if everything had gone smoothly I Just had a problem with the hotel asking for a deposit and not accepting cash for it , I do understand policies are different but after a 12hour flight plus 3 hour train ride all I needed was to get my room and rest but I had to sit for over 20 plus minutes trying to figure out what to do with my situation.I suggest they should be more accommodating and attentive to different situations and customers circumstances rather than just saying we don’t accept this and not willing to find a solution to help. Later on after about 30 minutes or so a very nice friendly manager came to my rescue and found a solution .which could have been done in the first place than having a customer wait for long because someone else is not willing to budge and understand a situation and find a solution."

"I would have given higher overal mark but parking is restricted and you can end up parking a few minutes walk away and there is no breakfast but there are eateries also a few minutes walk away in the same estate. Staff were helpful, room ordered was asked to be quiet and it was. Bed was comfy. Would definitely stay again."
