ราคาโรงแรมในลิเวอร์พูลถูกกว่าในลอนดอนมาก Radisson แห่งนี้เป็นโรงแรมใหม่มากและอยู่ติดกับสถานีรถไฟ Liverpool ดังนั้นการคมนาคมจึงสะดวกมาก เมื่อเรามาถึงเพิ่งจะเจ็ดโมงเช้าเราก็เช็คอินไม่ได้ หนุ่มหล่อที่แผนกต้อนรับแนะนำร้านเบเกอรี่ทำมือที่มีคะแนนอินสตาแกรมสูงให้เราด้วย อยู่ติดกับ Albert Dock เลย เป็นสิ่งที่ดีจริงๆ อาคารโรงแรมเก่ามากและเสาหินอ่อนก็สวยงามมาก แต่ได้รับการปรับปรุงใหม่ ความกลมกลืนของการออกแบบทั้งเก่าและใหม่สะท้อนถึงธีมสีแดงทุกที่ และล็อบบี้ก็สวยงามมาก ห้องเตียงคู่ธรรมดาที่เราจองไว้มีขนาดค่อนข้างเล็ก แต่เนื่องจากโดยทั่วไปเราเล่นข้างนอกในระหว่างวัน จึงยังยอมรับได้ แต่ไม่เหมาะสำหรับครอบครัวที่มีเด็ก

โรงแรมสะอาดและดีมาก ชอบการจัดวางห้องพักมาก กว้างขวางมาก พนักงานเป็นมิตรและให้ความช่วยเหลือดี เป็นการพักที่สะดวกสบาย เราจะกลับมาพักอีกแน่นอน

โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ในทำเลที่ดีเยี่ยม ใกล้กับใจกลางเมืองและสามารถเดินไปยังสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวต่างๆ ได้ แม้ว่าห้องพักจะเล็กแต่ก็สะดวกสบายพอสมควร จะจองอีกครั้งในครั้งหน้า!

เป็นโรงแรมที่ดีเสมอ มีวิวสวยและอาหารเช้าอร่อย ราคาอาจจะถูกกว่านี้ได้อีกหน่อยเมื่อพิจารณาว่าไม่ใช่โรงแรมระดับห้าดาว

This was one of the worst hotel rooms we have ever stayed in. When we arrived, we were greeted by a pleasant front desk clerk. The lobby has a lot of character in keeping with the Titanic theme and the pictures of the rooms had the same theme. We arrived at our room (fourth floor #46) located on a dark hallway that was being painted. The room was large and also had some plush features like the curtains, furniture, chandelier and wallpaper. Unfortunately, that's where the positives ended. Our room was very hot, with no ventilation and one small fan. The desk clerk offered to bring a second fan when we requested a hair dryer, but the second fan never arrived. The windows could not be opened even a crack ”due to safety reasons”. The room was sweltering and sleeping was extremely uncomfortable. In addition, the carpet was very dirty, there was mold on the wall above the bathtub and the sink, the lights beside the beds needed to be replaced, and the towel rack was missing from the wall. There was a small kitchen which was nice, but it was missing the basics (glassware, silverware, plates) and one of the drawers was missing its front. In short, the room was in bad shape and we are very surprised they would host anyone in that room. In the lobby, there was a young man sitting at the Concierge desk and when we asked him for directions, he said he was security and had no idea. He could not have been less interested and barely looked up from his phone. Apparently, the rooftop bar is nice, but we did not go there. We have stayed in a lot of hotels and are pretty easy going when it comes to our expectations. This hotel has so much potential, but the experience was a huge disappointment and we would not stay there again and cannot recommend anyone stay there.
