Words are not strong enough to tell you how grateful we are to find this hidden gem in the beautiful city of London. Hotel is nearby Gluocester Station, 8mins away and have a lot of convenience store nearby. There’s also a laundry shop opposite the building. There’s a bus stop
Opposite the hotel where you take bus 74 and will reach the Natural History Museum within minutes, just a stop away!
We stayed here for 4D3N, and we had an amazing time, my son loved the room and already plan to come back here. Miss Fatimah has been nothing but short of amazing, thank you so much for all the amazing assistance for us for these past 4 days. All the staffs are polite and welcoming. Its such a plus point for this place cos it has a lift that fits all our heavy luggages. We will definitely come to stay here again if we visit London.
Thank you once again Cromwell International for the amazing stay.
Choose the hotel for its location near The Royal Albert Hall. Checked in early, need ID, cases stored well we had lunch in the Q Bistro rear patio area. Note it’s a designated smoking area. Very accommodating. Had the choice of the A la carte or All day Meun. All excellent.
Hotel clean & modern
Had a Deluxe Club Rm, had all the amenities expected of a 4 star Hotel.
Excellent breakfast. Only downside was the table was cleared of used cutlery during the course of breakfast.
CCynthiaThe location is great at central london.
The facility is quite worn out especially the ventilation system. It’s quite suffocating that we cannot sleep for the whole night. The windows are locked, cannot be opened. Dust is found everywhere especially around the television where u must have a touch on.
ผผู้เข้าพักThe hotel is very well located in central London, with easy access to both Euston and King’s Cross stations, which makes it extremely convenient for transportation. The staff were friendly and helpful, and their service attitude was very good.
However, the room was extremely small. It is acceptable for a solo business traveler staying for one or two nights, but it may feel too cramped for a longer stay or for more than one person. Overall, it’s a decent option for short, practical stays mainly due to its excellent location.
AAlison’s Silk Road TravelsI stayed in room 302 in March 2026 for 1 night. I chose this hotel because I stayed there before and I was very impressed. This time I was given the same room again, I liked the room. It has a large comfy bed and a nice clean bathroom. The breakfast was really good as I like vegetables and they do great omelettes and fresh vegetables. The reception staff are very kind and helpful during my visit and remembered me from the last time I stayed. The hotel is in very easy access to the underground. On this visit the Elizabeth line was closed and I had to get a bus to agents Hill. This was very easy. There are plenty of places to eat around the hotel including an all you can eat from £11.99. I always have a good Stay at this hotel. There is a kettle with plenty of T and coffee. Some people staying on my floor were very noisy but that was all I can criticise really as it wasn’t the hotels fault. Very kind staff. There is a decent TV in the room and plenty of towels. During this trip and overnight stay I visited the Ramses exhibition at Battersea and images are included in this feedback. A good hotel to stay in that’s great value just outside central London about 20 mins on train.
CChishuoGreat Location, Comfortable Stay – but Get Ready for Some Stairs!
We stayed at Berjaya Eden Park London Hotel and loved its fantastic location, just steps away from Bayswater Station. It made getting around London incredibly easy – ideal for both first-timers and frequent visitors.
The room size was decent, perfectly suited for two people. Comfortable and clean, it offered all the essentials for a pleasant stay.
However, one thing to note – reaching the room involves navigating quite a few stairs. If you're traveling with heavy luggage, be prepared for a bit of a workout. There's charm in the old building’s layout, but accessibility might be a consideration for some guests.
Overall, great value for the location, and a solid choice if you're okay with climbing a bit!
