"Very reasonably priced Staff were helpful but maybe it would be fairer to have extra staff helping with breakfast"

"Ok hotel, centrally located, on Union Street. Nothing extraordinary. Breakfast was really bad and we were surprised since we had recently stayed at a Holiday Inn Express at Edinburgh - and the menu was identical, but the food tasted very, very different. I never knew eggs could be cooked so badly, it takes exceptional talent to cook eggs so bad. Fruits looked dated. The curtain in our room was torn, another surprise, maybe the hotel will say it is environment friendly :) And the way they converted the sofa bed into a bed was ridiculous - I'll post a pic. However, the location is really good and the guy at the reception was kind to help us find a taxi real quick, so I am still going to rate the hotel as average."

"Premier inn 在蘇格蘭算是主打了，便利店也特別多，衹是有些習慣和規矩是屬於Premier的，譬如衹能下午3點之後check in，Early的話需要付款15磅，哪怕衹是提前了半小時也不能Check in，需要付款費用，另外如需要House keeping 打掃房間需要在每天中午12點前去前台知會reception工作人員才會打掃，算是酒店公寓的管理模式，不過職員都非常的熱情有禮，衞生清潔也不錯，周邊也非常的安靜方便，步行20分鐘左右可以到阿伯丁大學，樓下就是大型超市Morrison，酒店出來左拐就到了King’s St上面，地理位置方便，畢竟在阿伯丁很少hotel,大部分還是Guest House 多點，Premier整體還是不錯的，體驗不同的住宿文化"

"Went for breakfast, the fire alarm was going off in the restaurant, staff did not know how to switch the alarm off, everyone stayed in the room, staff continued to work. After 10/15 minutes I went to Premier Inn reception to complain as the noise was deafening. The manager had to go the the restaurant to ask the breakfast guests to leave and organise how to switch the alarm off. She apologies and refunded our breakfast cost, good for her. But where is the staff weekly training. There could have been a real fire and they were clueless."

"ประสบการณ์ของฉันที่โรงแรมอะเบอร์ดีนเฮาส์นั้นขัดแย้งกันอย่างมาก ก่อนอื่น ฉันต้องขอชมเชยการบริการของโรงแรม พนักงานเป็นมิตรอย่างเหลือเชื่อและยังอัพเกรดห้องให้เราด้วย ซึ่งน่าประทับใจมาก สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกในห้อง เช่น เครื่องทำความร้อน ทำงานได้อย่างสมบูรณ์ ทำให้การเข้าพักสะดวกสบาย อย่างไรก็ตาม ระบบรักษาความปลอดภัยของโรงแรมมีข้อบกพร่องที่ยอมรับไม่ได้และน่ากลัวอย่างยิ่ง เราพบว่าประตูทางเข้าหลัก ประตูไม้ภายใน และประตูห้องทุกห้องใช้กุญแจดอกเดียวกัน! นั่นหมายความว่าแขกคนใดก็ตามที่มีกุญแจดอกนั้น สามารถเข้าห้องทุกห้องในโรงแรมได้ในทางทฤษฎี ระบบรักษาความปลอดภัยแบบนี้เหลือเชื่อมาก ไม่มีความเป็นส่วนตัวหรือความรู้สึกปลอดภัยเลย เพื่อที่จะนอนหลับอย่างสงบ เราต้องย้ายตู้ในห้องมาค้ำประตูไว้ก่อนจะกล้านอนลงพักผ่อน แม้ว่าพนักงานจะช่วยเหลือดีและสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกก็เพียงพอ แต่ฉันไม่สามารถให้รีวิวที่ดีกับโรงแรมที่ล้มเหลวในการแก้ไขแม้แต่ระบบรักษาความปลอดภัยประตูขั้นพื้นฐานที่สุด เว้นแต่ว่าโรงแรมจะเปลี่ยนระบบควบคุมการเข้าออกทั้งหมด นักท่องเที่ยวที่ต้องการความรู้สึกปลอดภัยควรคิดให้ดีก่อน"

"รร.อยู่ห่างสถานีรถไฟประมาณ 200 เมตรเดิน 10 นาทีอาหารเช้าดีมาก,การบริการของพนักงานดี,ห้องพักสบายมีเครื่องทำความอบอุ่นหน้าหนาว"

"ฉันมีช่วงเวลาที่ดีมากที่โรงแรมพนักงานเป็นกันเองมากโรงแรมสะอาดดี ฉันจะอยู่ที่นี่อีกครั้ง แต่อาจในฤดูร้อน ☀️ ห้องพักดีมากและมีเตียงที่สะดวกสบายสิ่งเดียวคือที่นอนคู่เป็นเตียงเดี่ยวสองเตียงผลักเข้าด้วยกัน แต่ก็ยังสะดวกสบาย Decore ค่อนข้างล้าสมัย แต่มันเข้ากับโรงแรม คําแนะนําของฉันคือสําหรับสปาร์หรือสระว่ายน้ํา"

"เช็คอินง่าย การต้อนรับที่ดีจากพนักงานที่เป็นมิตร ห้องพักสะอาดและมีทุกสิ่งที่เราต้องการ น้ําร้อนท่อมากมาย อาหารเช้าเป็นแบบบุฟเฟ่ต์ที่มีให้เลือกทั้งร้อนและเย็น ตัวเลือกมากมาย เช็คเอาท์เป็นเรื่องง่าย โดยรวมแล้วเป็นการพักที่ดี จะกลับมาอีกแน่นอน"

"A good stay, room was basic, didn’t have a refrigerator but I requested for one to keep my insulin. Breakfast was kinda expensive tho (£15)"

"Close to the rail and bus stations, right in the busy bit of the city down by the water but very close to the main street. It's obviously being refurbished so nothing is really open (bar, restaurant etc) but the room was clean, modern and newly decorated and there's some lovely old stained glass windows in the stairwells! Staff were friendly and informative."
