Albergo moderno e funzionale ristrutturato da poco. Posizione quasi centrale e comoda. Servizi di qualità; Ottimo garage con ricarica per veicoli elettrici. L'unica pecca è la dimensione della stessa che, seppur di categoria superiore, era davvero piccola. Forse ho avuto una camera di tipologia standard al posto di quella prenotata???

The hotel was well placed on Rui Strasbourg, just one street over from the information shop and the castle where you can pick up the green line to follow for the sights, it is also a 3 minute walk from the tram stop and about 7 minute walk from Gare Sud. There a few bars opposite the hotel and the street either side has shops and bars and you are on the way into main town within a minute or so. The hotel staff were fantastic, friendly and helpful, you can go in the club even before check in where you can leave your bags, grab a free coffee and snack before heading into Nantes. In the evening you can go to the club there’s still free coffee and they also do a free appetiser small plate, the club also sells alcohol and meals. Lots of soft seating, games corner and books and an internet terminal. Breakfast is in the same place and was fresh and varied, you can boil your own egg. The gym was small but enough for a quick workout, with some cardio machines, a bench and dumbbells up to 15kg. There is also a sauna which takes about 25 minutes to heat up, so have it switched on before your session. We didn’t use it due to the heatwave outside! The room was clean, very soft bed and pillows, aircon which worked great as the heat outside was around 36!! The shower was supposed to be a rainfall shower but it could do with being slightly further off the wall! Room has plugs either side of the bed so remember an extension cable, there is a coffee machine, hairdryer and tv. Nice size and comfortable

Great room with lots of amenities including a small kitchenette. Ideally located right next to tram station and a short walk away from the city centre.

I stayed at Oldegar Hotel and overall had a positive experience, especially thanks to the friendly and helpful staff. My room was normal and met the basic needs for a short stay. The location is perfect — it’s close to the tram and the train station, and there are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. It’s also within walking distance of the botanic garden, which makes the area even more pleasant and convenient. My room was on the 5th floor, and since the elevator only goes up to the 4th floor, I had to walk one floor up. Despite this, I managed to carry my luggage down myself when checking out. At the beginning of my stay, the elevator was temporarily out of service. Although it was inconvenient, the staff genuinely tried their best to resolve the issue. They immediately contacted the maintenance team and kept guests informed. One male staff member even helped me carry my heavy luggage all the way up to the 5th floor — I was truly thankful for his kindness and effort. Throughout my stay, every staff member I met was friendly, attentive, and willing to help. Their attitude made a challenging situation much easier to handle and left a very positive impression.

At arrival we were welcomed by Anthony who helped us entering the street of the pedestrian zone and the parking lot. Fortunately there were still parking spaces , there are 10 in total, if available it is free. That’s a plus! What a service. He helped us check in show us around. When our safe has a technical failure he sorted a solution providing a new one. The hotel is in the middle of the centre 2 minutes from La Cigale. Good breakfast with self service nespresso coffee and the best madeleine. What disappointed me was the inappropriate frugality of the amenities. Why one bottle of 500 ml mineral water while we are with 2 persons? How much does this cost? And used Rituals toiletries from previous guests? Seriously in a 4 star hotel. When questioning they came with 2 new mini bottles but in the end give me one new bottle to replace the half used one. Why so stingy? When informing it was because of sustainability and to prevent waste. A good cause but why bothering using mini toiletries at all and not change to use only large bottles of refillables? It feels a bit half-hearted and unable to choose between customer service and thriftiness.

Использовался как транзитный отель на одну ночь. От железнодорожного вокзала идти 3 минуты. Удобно уехать шаттлом в аэропорт (в пути 20 минут, стоимость 10€, начинает ходить с 04:30 утра). Приняли очень тепло, персонал дружественный и заботливый. Номер небольшой, но очень комфортный, все свежее и новое. Кровать удобная и постельное белье приятное. Жаль, не удалось попробовать завтраки, но думаю, что и они супер. С удовольствием буду рекомендовать всем этот отель👍

ฉันอยู่ที่แนนทส์เพื่อเข้าร่วมการแข่งขัน Rugby World Cup ระหว่างญี่ปุ่นและอาร์เจนตินา ทําเลที่ตั้งดี การต้อนรับจากพนักงานก็ดี และอาหารเช้าเป็นแบบโรงอาหาร เมื่อฉันมาถึงฉันได้รับแจ้งว่าฉันจองไว้สองห้องซึ่งฉันไม่มีแน่นอน และนี่ยังคงขัดแย้งกับ Trip! ฉันมีเที่ยวบินเช้าตรู่ในเช้าวันรุ่งขึ้นและจองโทรตอนตี 3 และแท็กซี่ตอน 4 โมงเช้า ฉันไม่เคยได้รับโทรศัพท์ตอนตี 3 แต่ตื่นแต่เช้าเพื่อพบว่าเที่ยวบินหนึ่งของฉันถูกยกเลิกดังนั้นฉันจึงไปที่แผนกต้อนรับเพื่อยกเลิกแท็กซี่เพราะสายการบินของฉันจองฉันใหม่ในเที่ยวบินต่อมา ฉันมาถึงแผนกต้อนรับประมาณ 3:30 น และพบว่าไม่มีใครดูแล ในที่สุดฉันก็พบคนทําความสะอาดจาก Emliss Propriorty Service ซึ่งพูดภาษาอังกฤษพื้นฐานมากและฉันไม่พูดภาษาฝรั่งเศส หลังจากพยายามอธิบายว่าฉันต้องการยกเลิกแท็กซี่เขาโทรหาคนอื่น แต่เนื่องจากฉันพูดภาษาฝรั่งเศสฉันไม่เข้าใจว่าเกิดอะไรขึ้น นี่เป็นการเข้าพักที่น่าผิดหวังสําหรับกิจกรรมระหว่างประเทศ

Staff were friendly and very helpful. Apar**ent was excellent as was the view from the windows. Lots of space to relax in and plenty surface area for cooking and serving dinner (nice big wooden table). Would have given it 5 stars (rather than 4) for amenities except we had difficulty operating the cooker (neither of us had used an induction hob before and didn’t know that we needed to match the pot size with the ring/hob size and so it kept turning off confusing us). It was for my birthday and the staff had put happy birthday balloons on the bed and that was a nice touch. It was a good birthday and I enjoyed the space, wine and food we cooked. Shower was also noticeably nice.

I went for an oversea training in Nante and spent 2 weeks in this hotel, I chose this hotel is mainly because of their flexibility on Trip.com and the price is within company requirement. The location is good, around 15 mins walk to city center, and door step to Tram station. The service and cleanliness are just normal, the facilities are quite old school, especially the TV. It's a stand TV, really ”long time no see” this kind of TV in a hotel. Have wardrobe, no safe box or lockers, shower cubicle is small. However, as what we always say, you get what you paid for. There was one day the cleaner helped me clean the room then left my window opened (wide open mode), I'm staying on level 2 (1st floor as per the lift), if someone want to climb up, will be very possible. The 2nd time room cleaning didn't have this issue, so I guess it's the first cleaner forgot to close my window. In addition, the first cleaner never re-fill the toilet roll for me, at first I thought here need to purchase toilet roll (as a budget hotel), so I bought some tissues on my own. Then 2nd time room cleaning, the cleaner left me 2 more toilet rolls... then I realized, the hotel is providing toilet rolls, just the 1st cleaner forgot it. In conclusion, the 2nd cleaner is good, the 1st cleaner is a forgetful person. On my checkout day, there was a crazy women smashed the reception desk. this is not hotel's fault, they were calmly solving this problem. They are quite professional, just a bit unlucky. In general, my suggestion is, for business travel here is not a good choice, better choose a more secured place to stay. If for personal short stay, you can consider it as a budget choice.
