Ibis always my first choice. Price always good, location always perfect to major areas in location. Service is always consistently helpful and professional. Great room with fantastic reception amenities.

โรงแรมที่ดีมาก เรามีห้องสวีทพร้อมระเบียงที่กว้างขวาง (ห้องใหญ่มาก) อาหารเช้าดีมากพร้อมผลิตภัณฑ์ที่มีคุณภาพ goog :3-4 ชนิดของชีส กาแฟที่ดี คงจะดีถ้ามีครีมมิ้นต์หรือคาวาสําหรับอาหารเช้า รวมทั้งผักสด (เฉพาะแตงกวาเท่านั้น) ขนมปังสดที่ยอดเยี่ยมขนมปังกาแฟที่ดี จากสถานที่เดินเท้าประมาณ 20 นาทีถึงท่าเรือเก่า โดยรถรางประมาณ 10 นาที โดยรวมแล้วเป็นโรงแรมที่แนะนําเป็นอย่างยิ่ง

Lovely modern aparthotel Very clean and modern style rooms with large walk in shower, memory foam bed made for comfortable sleeping and the bed being a full side instead of two singles pushed together was a bonus compared to other hotels we have stayed in. The tv had option to connect Netflix which we found to fit the style of the room. The reception team were friendly and very helpful. The lobby was unique and different, plenty space to lounge with an array of different chairs/ couches to enjoy while you wait with lots of available charging ports nearby too. There was a pool area with a sauna and hammam, this was an additional €10pp to use for an hour but very nice facilities to use. We stayed in the panoramic sea view room and it was worth the view however there was construction so we couldn’t open the window or have the curtains back to enjoy the view properly. However if we return we would book again and would recommend to stay here 😊

Second stay at this hotel. Convenient for when traveling to / from the cruise port or airport. The hotel itself is very nice, small but great character and good facilities. We had a double floor mezzanine family room. Great room with comfy beds, clean, good amenities and nice bathroom, fridge, coffee machine etc so everything you need. There are two big downsides to this hotel that are out of their control. The old big French doors / windows look great but are not good at all for sound. We were on the 5th floor and heard cars, sirens, mopeds and people until the early hours and this does impact sleep. The second thing is the area, not a pleasant place at night. Lots of Homeless, rough sleepers and not a welcoming place. For us, simply going there to sleep and be comfortable and have a nice room it was good and we’d stay again, but it is expensive when you consider the area and noise at night vs some other better located hotels in Marseille

สิ่งที่ดีที่สุดของโรงแรมนี้คือความใกล้สถานีรถไฟ ตั้งอยู่บนเนินเขา ทำให้การลากกระเป๋าเดินทางไปรอบๆ เมืองเป็นเรื่องยาก เช่น ท่าเรือเก่า แนะนำให้นั่งรถไฟใต้ดินหรือแท็กซี่ เพราะใกล้กว่า มาร์เซย์เป็นเมืองที่เต็มไปด้วยเนินเขาและเนินเขา จุดเด่นของโรงแรมไอบิสคือระบบเก็บเสียงที่ดีเยี่ยม เสียงเพื่อนบ้านปิดประตูดังไม่ดังเท่าเสียงจากนอกหน้าต่าง อาหารเช้าก็ถือว่าดีทีเดียวสำหรับโรงแรมราคาเท่านี้

1. ไฟส่องสว่างทั้งห้องตรงกลางดวงเดียวสร้างความรำคาญ ต้องใช้ไฟเล็กๆ แยกจากกัน 2. ต้องมีลิ้นชักและตู้เสื้อผ้าเพิ่มมากกว่าที่จะทิ้งไว้นานๆ เพราะมันรกเกินไปเนื่องจากไม่มีลิ้นชักและตู้เสื้อผ้า 3. เครื่องจำหน่ายสินค้าไม่ส่งของให้ในครั้งแรก ต้องจ่ายเงิน 2 ครั้ง ฉันซื้อน้ำแล้วเงินของฉันถูกหักจากบัญชีธนาคาร แต่ไม่มีสินค้า และพนักงานแผนกต้อนรับก็ไม่สนใจเกี่ยวกับความผิดปกติของเครื่องจำหน่ายสินค้า

La posizione è ottima, a due passi dal porto vecchio, in zona ricca di caffè e locali, inoltre dalla finestra vedevamo il teatro. Il personale è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile. Pulizia buona, ma pareti segnate in vari punti. La struttura necessita di manutenzione: il peso chiudiporta era rotto e bloccava l'apertura completa della porta tra antibagno e camera; i muri e gli infissi necessiterebbero una tinteggiata; i vetri una pulita; il bagno alcuni ritocchi e un tappo per il lavandino; il wc scaricava a fatica. Per poche notti è ok, senza grandi aspettative. Ci sono i set di cortesia e due asciugamani a persona + tappetino doccia, ma non c'è il phon.

J'ai l'habitude d'aller dans cette hôtel, l'accueil est sympa, l'emplacement est très bien à l'entrée de Marseille et juste à côté du port de l'estaque.

First time in Marseille. Fine to have stayed at this apartment but probably won't again. I had to chase for the access instructions myself. Also annoying to have to go pick up the keys from Ibis (collection itself was quick), which is a 9-minute walk to the apartment. The fob worked but the 2 keys attached did not open any doors. Email instructions, while clear, were not entirely accurate - referring to going right when in fact I needed to find the apartment on the left. Bit of drama one morning as I forgot my phone inside the apartment and had locked myself out. Had keys on me but the keys couldn't actually open the door, and of course I couldn't remember the super-secure 9-digit digital code! Only eventually managed to get in but asking a neighbour who thankfully was able to call the apartment manager. They should have given me working manual keys but never did. Apartment itself was very clean. Lots of linen. Comfortable bedding in the bedroom as well as hidden under the sofa bed. Basic toiletries included. Washing machine worked. Heating was plenty sufficient. No dishwasher but not an issue as I did not cook much. (2 induction hob rings right against the wall which I didn't think was conducive to cooking anything more than the super basic, but fine for me this trip.) Overall it was okay. Location super convenient, but I'd prefer somewhere quieter, where people and traffic noise wouldn't be so loud and go on after hours. Also somewhere without people relieving themselves next to large bins right outside the building's front door. Somewhere more pleasant...
