โรงแรมใกล้จัตุรัส Plaza Mayor

We had already paid £480 online through Trip.com for a double room for 3 nights. However, upon arrival, the hotel demanded an additional €400 simply because a second guest would be staying in the room. What made this even more unreasonable was that I checked the exact same room type on multiple other dates, and the price was identical whether selecting 1 adult or 2 adults. The listing itself also clearly indicated that the room rate included accommodation for 2 adults. Despite this, the hotel still charged an extra €400 at check-in. This additional amount only included breakfast and city tax for the second guest — there was absolutely no room upgrade, no extra bed, and no additional service provided. In fact, the amount charged was so excessive that it was close to the price of booking an entirely separate room. At check-in, the hotel stated that if we refused to pay, the second guest would not be allowed to stay. We tried multiple times to communicate with the hotel in a polite and constructive way, but there was no flexibility or reasonable attempt to resolve the issue. I completely understand paying reasonable extra charges for breakfast or local taxes, but the way this situation was handled felt extremely unfair and poorly communicated in advance. Trip.com customer service was actually very helpful throughout the process and even provided compensation themselves, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the hotel remained unwilling to address the situation fairly. The property itself may be nice, but this experience left us feeling disappointed, uncomfortable, and taken advantage of. Transparency and fairness in pricing are essential, especially for international travelers.

Really nice design hotel, good location, spa is nice, staff are helpful as we requested a queen size bed online but they given us a 2 single bed, they changed it back to us.  The front desk wall picture is a bit uncomfortable and it’s like they are staring at you 😅Shower room water is keep leaking out, the bed and pillows are a bit soft, other than that, overall are ok.

The hotel checked all of our boxes to have a successful trip. There was breakfast included with my stay (really good breakfast buffet), they checked me in earlier due to my early arrival, it's in between the Palma center and the airport. Also the beach is across the street and there is a bus stop right outside the hotel lobby, so it was really easy to get around. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very generous.

Das Hotel ist leider eine große Enttäuschung gewesen. Das Gute zunächst: Die Lage ist meiner Meinung nach perfekt. Direkt an Santa Catalina und nicht gleich im Zentrum, das fand ich sehr gut. Auch der Spa Bereich sieht genauso aus wie auf den Fotos und war zwar nicht perfekt, aber auch keine Enttäuschung, da die Erwartungen entsprechend waren. Leider liefen dort auch ein paar Kakerlaken herum, was mich nicht unbedingt stört, aber bestimmt für manche Gäste unangenehm sein könnte. Sonst war das Zimmer sehr basic, mit einem aus zwei sehr unbequemen Betten zusammengestellten Bett. Mit einem kleinen Fenster in den Innenhof, mit kaum Tageslicht. Auf die Ansprache, dass es auf den Fotos anders aussah, wurden wir zurückgewiesen mit der Begründung, dass es ein Musterfoto sei und wir es hätten wissen sollen. Sonst ist alles andere im Zimmer sehr veraltet. Es war sauber, aber dadurch, dass es so veraltet ist, sah es einfach nicht gut und unangenehm aus. Ich habe mich insgesamt sehr unwohl gefühlt und das Hotel nur zum Übernachten in einem sehr ungemütlichen Bett genutzt. Bei 4 Sternen Hotel habe ich ehrlich gesagt deutlich mehr als das erwartet. Werde ich auf keinen Fall als Hotel zum Bleiben empfehlen.

Отель знаходиться на горі, не далеко від потру та торговельного центру. В пішій доступності деякі пам'ятки, все інше - на авто чи автобусі, зупинка якого розташована поряд. Для авто є паркувальні місця в отелі (15€ /добу додатково) або ж вздовж дороги в переулках, але місце треба шукати. Для бажаючих стоянка таксі також знаходиться поруч. Номери: просторі, велика кровать, велика ванна кімната із гарним душем; гаряча вода, маючи засоби, рушники є. Двері до ванної кімнати скляні, то ж для подорожі разом треба врахувати це. Телевізор в номері мега великий - мабуть 55”. В номері є маленький холодильник, для напоїв було достатньо, нажаль чайника чи кавоварки не було, проте на рецепції був кавовий автомат. Вид: балкон seaview просторий, але забудови перед готелем не давали повної насолоди видом на море. Їжа: сніданок включений був до ціни номера, ми звикли снідати з кращим асортиментом, проте адаптувалися і до цих умов. Яєшня, балик, хамон, булочки, сири, соки, кава, чай тощо доступні, салати - ні. На території готелю є басейн, проте погода вже не дозволила перевірити його, нажаль. Хоча доступ до басейну був відкритий Персонал: привітний, володіють англійською також, ніяких непорозумінь не виникало.

โรงแรมที่ดี แต่แผนกต้อนรับสามารถทําขั้นตอนการอัปเดตได้เพราะมีคิวอยู่เสมอและกุญแจของเราไม่ทํางานหลายครั้ง ดีใจที่มีสระว่ายน้ํา แต่มีขนาดเล็กมากและฟองจากุซซี่จะไม่ทํางาน อาหารเช้าดี แต่ยุ่งมาก ค่อนข้างแพง ทําเลที่ตั้งดีมากง่ายต่อการเข้าถึงชายหาดและร้านอาหารดีๆ รถบัสไป Palma อยู่ด้านนอกซึ่งเหมาะมาก

Nice hotel approx 5 minutes from a beach & bus stops to Palma City centre & Palma airport. Very nice breakfast included.

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and welcoming. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The food was also very good, with a nice variety and good quality. However, be careful when booking the hotel with children. When we made the booking, it was stated that children stay for free. Naturally, when booking a room for three people, you would expect that everything is included for all three guests. There was no information anywhere that we would need to pay an additional €40 per day for the child. When we ordered breakfast and dinner, no additional information was given that we would need to pay extra for the child. Only two days before our arrival did we receive a message saying that the child’s breakfast and dinner would cost €40 per day. Since we stayed for six nights, this added up to an extra €240, which is not a small amount. Overall, the hotel is very nice, but the information regarding children’s meals is misleading, so please be careful.

Breakfast was fantastic, decent selection and variety, live egg station! Room was quite cozy and functional, although the decor was simple and slightly dated. Staff were friendly and helpful.
