เราอยู่ที่นี่ทุกครั้งที่เรามาที่ Mainz ทําเลที่ตั้งดีมาก พนักงานเป็นมิตรและช่วยเหลือดีมาก ห้องพักสะอาดอยู่เสมอ ขอบคุณทุกคนที่ดูแลที่ช่วยฉันมีความสุขกับการเข้าพักในโรงแรมที่น่ารักแห่งนี้

excellent hotel at a perfect location. The view on rhine river is excellent and the historic city center and Roman remains are within walking distance. The staff are friendly but some appear a bit overworked on a slightly busy day. The communication about challenges with room availability are really poor. Thus the manager may need to take the time to train some of the staff in basics required at a hotel of this level

Very nice location - it is easy to reach the sights of Mainz and also to have a stroll along the river. During my stay there was some construction, that was not very pleasant. Also, make sure you are staying in the main building, or you will have to walk a long way with luggage... and help was not offered, although I had 2 suitcases. European hotel rooms tend to be small and drab - that was the case here too.

The room was small but beautiful and impeccable clean. The hotel location made exploring easy.

ใกล้แม่น้ำไมนซ์มากไปวิ่งริมแม่น้ำก็สบายมาก อากาศดีมาก ตรงข้ามมีที่จอดรถแบบเสียเงินไม่มีฟิตเนส

A pleasant hotel, not too far from the main square.

The hotel is a little bit creepy. They have an underground floor but the elevator button at the underground floor didn't work at all. I waited for ten minutes like an *****. Breakfast was decent though. The Viet food around the corner was great
