I recently stayed at this hotel, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The check-in process was seamless, and the front desk team was both professional and friendly. Room Quality: The room was spacious, spotless, and elegantly designed, with a comfortable king-size bed and plush linens. The modern amenities, such as the high-speed Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, were all in excellent working order. The view overlooking the city skyline was stunning, especially at night. Service: The staff truly made my stay memorable. They were always available to assist with a smile, whether it was helping with directions, arranging transportation, or accommodating special requests. Location: The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, making it easy to access popular attractions, shopping areas, and restaurants. Overall Experience: I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and outstanding service. It’s a perfect choice for both leisure and business travelers. ทำเลที่ตั้งดีมาก สะดวกมาก มีซูเปอร์มาร์เก็ตสองแห่ง สามารถซื้อเครื่องดื่มและอาหารได้ นอกจากนี้ยังมีร้านกาแฟมากมาย

ตอนแรกฉันอ่านรีวิวและคิดว่าทัศนคติการบริการของพนักงานไม่ดีและห้องพักก็เล็ก พอไปถึงก็พบว่าห้องไม่เล็กเลยและพื้นห้องน้ำก็มีระบบทำความร้อนด้วย ทัศนคติการบริการของพนักงานต้อนรับดีมาก ข้อเสียคือมีหมอนแค่ใบเดียวและผ้านวมบางไปหน่อย โดยรวมดี👍

เมื่อเข้ามาในโรงแรมกลิ่นหอมมาก สภาพแวดล้อมก็ดีมาก😍 ห้อง…. สะอาดมากและพนักงานทุกคนเป็นกันเอง แต่สิ่งที่ฉันขาดหายไปในห้องคือแตรรองเท้า😅 แต่อย่างที่ฉันบอกไปทุกอย่างดีมาก🤗😢

ข้อดี: ทำเลที่ตั้ง อยู่ตรงข้ามสถานีรถไฟสตุทการ์ทเลย การบริการ: พนักงานต้อนรับให้การบริการดีเยี่ยม ผมชอบมากและหวังว่าคุณก็ชอบเช่นกัน ข้อเสีย/สิ่งที่ควรปรับปรุง: ห้องน้ำอาจจะเล็กไปหน่อยสำหรับคนสูงเกิน 6 ฟุต และผู้ที่มีดัชนีมวลกาย (BMI) มากกว่า 23-25 มีปัญหาเรื่องการไหลของน้ำ คือหลังจากอาบน้ำแล้วน้ำอาจจะไหลลงพื้นห้องน้ำและไปถึงพื้นห้องได้ ผมแจ้งเรื่องนี้เพื่อหวังว่าเจ้าของจะให้ความสนใจ/แก้ไขเมื่อมีโอกาส เพราะพื้นห้องดีมาก เสียดายถ้าเกิดความเสียหายในระยะยาวจากน้ำในห้องน้ำ คำแนะนำ/ข้อควรระวังอื่นๆ: มีบันไดอยู่ตรงประตูทางเข้า และต้องขนกระเป๋าขึ้นเนินเพื่อไปยังโรงแรม หากต้องการความช่วยเหลือ ควรแจ้งให้โรงแรมทราบและดูว่าพวกเขาสามารถจัดการอะไรได้บ้าง ผมมั่นใจว่าพวกเขาจะยินดีช่วยเหลือหากอยู่ในขีดความสามารถของพวกเขา (ฉันรู้สึกว่าพวกเขาเป็นมิตรและให้ความช่วยเหลือดี และฉันก็ประทับใจในบริการ ฉันหวังว่าคุณจะมีความสุขกับการเข้าพักเช่นกัน หากคุณเลือกพักที่นี่)

Perfectly fine for a solo traveller, with two beds in the room to choose from and spread out one’s belongings. Bed was comfortable, the room was clean and well insulated. Even though my room was as close to the nearby rail line as any room in the hotel could get, the sound of passing trains never bothered me. The only thing I found lacking was the absence of a safe. I had to lock all valuables in the suitcase before heading out for the day.

Overall, we had a good stay at the hotel. The highlight was definitely the staff—they are incredibly nice, helpful, and showed wonderful hospitality throughout our visit. . However, there were a few downsides to our stay. First, we had requested a room with twin beds, but upon arrival, we were given a room with one big bed instead, the staff Yasir was kind enough to try compensatingus with other little better setup room. Second, the ground floor rooms do not have air conditioning (A/C). Since the daytime temperature in Stuttgart during our stay was quite hot (reaching over 30°C), the room got uncomfortable. Lastly, the parking lot costs €20 per night, which felt quite expensive. Despite these issues, if you are looking for a well-located budget option with great service, it is still a solid choice. Just be sure to double-check your bed configuration and the weather if you book a ground-floor room!
