"辦理入住時，前台工作人員熱情友好，服務周到。房間很舒適很安靜很寬敞很明亮，睡眠質量很棒，唯一的缺點是衞生間的浴室門關不緊，洗完澡漏一地水，也沒有地漏。"

"Die Lage war super, die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich, leider fühlte ich mich am letzten Tag, wie rausgeschmissen. Meine Karte für den Fahrstuhl und das Zimmer hat am morgen nicht mehr funktioniert und ich musste sie reaktivieren. Auch bekam ich um 4 Uhr nachts eine Nachricht, das mein Aufenthalt bald endet und es gab kein kostenloses late Check-out. ( 10 min überzug hätten 10€ gekostet).( Beim auschecken , keine Nachfrage zum Aufenthalt etc.) Wenn man geschäftlich reist, ist das sicherlich in Ordnung, aber so als Erholungssuchende fühlte ich mich nicht zuvorkommend behandelt. Leider war das Frühstück am letzten Tag nicht 20€ wert. Sehr viel leer gegessen, siehe Bilder."

"Nicely located, clean and comfy bed. However the design of the wall mounted TV is questionable as people of the same height of the TV might bump their heads - I did a few times due to the narrow space between the wall and bed. The hotel staff themselves are helpful but they should train the kitchen or delivery staff as when we were checking out and asking to store our baggage, although the receptionist was really lovely and helpful, somebody with the kitchen symbol written on their uniform joked/commented ”it's not a bomb right?”. This is a totally unacceptable comment, and people from the service sector should not say something like this, especially if we pass all the security controls to get to your city and spend money in your city."

"Staffs were friendly and ,the atmosphere of the hotel was cozy and modern.Will highly recommend to friends. Unlimited tea/ coffee/ hot water can be used 😀 The location is so good.So convenient walk distance to Bremen train station and city centre."

"Well located, only 2 minutes from the city main station. Breakfast buffet is according to the budget of the hotel. Air-con really good. If you are looking for a hotel with a tight budget, well recommended"

"Zentral direkt am Hauptbahnhof zwischen Kino und Überseemuseum gelegenes Hotel mit 6 Etagen und umfangreichem Frühstück. Zimmer Richtung Kino / Innenseite ruhig, Personal hilfsbereit und freundlich, Ausstattung angemessen - SPA & Sauna haben wir nicht genutzt, waren aber verfügbar. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!"

"Wir waren als Paar für ein tolles Wochenend-Event angereist und rundum begeistert! Das Hotel mit swar ausgezeichnet, alles super sauber und top gepflegt. Haben wie gewünscht ein ruhiges Zimmer erhalten. Besonders der Service im Frühstücksbereich war trotz voller Auslastung unglaublich aufmerksam, einfach perfekt! Vielen Dank"

"酒店的位置不錯，旁邊有個大公園，還有自己免費的地下車庫。客房服務和前台服務都很好。但是入住後發現住的那層樓超多的房間在裝修，預訂之前也沒有任何提示，早知道這樣就不會預訂了！雖住在走廊盡頭的房，還是有很大裝修的味道，我對氣味很敏感，很不舒服。住了一晚之後早上就開始犯鼻炎，一直流鼻涕打噴嚏。而且早餐餐廳和房間都有螞蟻，房間的枕頭很扁，不舒服"

"The hotel is very near the hotel. There is rewe nearby to buy your groceries and food at affordable prices. It is walkable to main market central/ central hall. About 15 mins. There is kettle, bed is nice. Got a small gym but without treadmill. Hope to see a threadmill the next time. I will stay here the next time."
