Thanks to the wonderful service from Turbo, smooth check in and room upgraded to a suite. His spoken English was good and he was very helpful during our stay.
The suite was huge, beautifully decorated, comfortable and clean.
We made use of the hot springs and enjoyed our time there. We visited in February so the hotel and springs were not busy.
Food in the restaurant was delicious local cuisine. We received special dish as it was the last day of the ***** new year holiday. We communicated using a translator app.
I would have liked the downstairs bar to be open.
There was a good breakfast selection which was refilled.
I would choose to stay here again.

ผผู้เข้าพักOne of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. Staff was welcoming and friendly. The room was immaculate, room service was on point.
I was visiting Wuxi for one day only, then I got caught in the rain, so I couldn’t get a taxi and missed my train. Once I checked in at the radisson, had a hot shower, with perfect water pressure, and settled into that comfortable bed all the trauma of the day was forgotten.

Just remember,28th floor is where the reception is, and check in there. Location great..easy to get to the Metro station, shopping, all very easily accessible. Surely I will stay here, next time I get to Wuxi. Rooms are extremely clean, comfortable with all amenities. Thank you 🙏😊.

SSavvas EfstathiouIt’s one ok hotel in a very good central location given the price. But…
The service staff in the reception could not communicate in English at all. I can not understand why such good hotels hire personnel that interact with customers and do not even know the basic English.
Regarding the cleaning, the “make up my room” is just changing the towels and make up the bedsheets. They didn’t even throw any trash during our 3 nights stay! On the bright side, the room was found in excellent cleaning condition when we arrived.

EEkaterinaRoucase Boutique hotel offers a great value for money! You get a 5-star environment, amazing swimming pool, caring and hospitable staff and a spacious comfortable room for the price that is twice lower than other 5-star hotel options in China. We really enjoyed staying at this hotel for two days. Very good coffee and fresh juices at breakfast were a great plus! We were very grateful to the hotel staff for helping us with all our requests and will be happy to come again!

Location:
It’s is two metro stops from the Wuxi railway station and a few stops from afew famous places in Wuxi. The location is great. However, if you are carrying a large luggage, do not follow blindly the map app. Exit 14 from 三阳广场 (Sanyang plaza) metro is the closest. However, there will be a flight of stairs to climb if the escalator is not working. However, it is only 1/3 of the flight of stairs to climb compared to exit 19B. If you do not want to climb stairs, I recommend going through exit 20A and come out of Suning Plaza Mall and cross diagonally to 锡上MoMo mall where the hotel is. The escalator at exit 20A is usually working.
Service:
We arrived earlier than the check in timing. Our original room wasn’t ready so they upgraded us to the one on a higher level from level 24 to 54. They kindly told us where the amenities are. They even helped to bring our luggage from our room to their office to help us store as we were going to visit another street during the checkout time before coming back.
Amenities:
The bed was too hard and the pillow is too soft, making it difficult for both of us to sleep. The TV was quite big and there is vip subscription for some Chinese streaming apps which allows my friend to watch her favourite drama series. There is a washing machine which has a dryer function that allows us to wash and dry our clothes within a day. The room is a smart room however it takes a while to get used to the control. Once you are used to it, it makes things more convenient.
Overall, I generally enjoyed my stay with my friend even though it was only for a night. If the bed and cleanliness could be improved, I think it would be perfect.

ผผู้เข้าพักMy room at Manyue Hotel was very clean. The window opens slightly, so there was fresh air, and the room was bright and comfortable. There is a good blackout curtain, so it is pretty dark at night--great! The bed was comfortable, and has different types of pillows to choose from according to your own preference. The shower area is ”private” and separate from the toilet area--they are surrounded by frosted glass, so you cannot see another person--good when staying with a friend! Manyue provided slippers, robe, clean towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and antibacterial hand soap, plus toothbrush kit, comb, and body lotion--very, very impressive for the price of this hotel! It's a good bargain.
There are a few places to eat nearby, but DON'T go to the restaurant across the street in the 1916 shopping center ! (It was recommended by the guy at the front desk.) That restaurant has terrible service--horrible service! The Korean-style bbq nearby was much better, and cheaper too. There is also a nice park about 1.5 blocks away--I walked there easily.
I noted that several Chinese guests did NOT pay a 200kuai deposit at the hotel. However, perhaps because I am a foreigner, I DID have to pay the deposit. However, it was refunded immediately upon my checkout--no problem. Very good.
Manyue Hotel is an excellent choice for a budget-minded traveler. It is a very good value for the price.
