ห้องพักค่อนข้างใหญ่ สะอาด และสะดวกสบาย และสระว่ายน้ำบนระเบียงก็เป็นบวก เช้าวันรุ่งขึ้นฉันพาเด็กๆ ไปขี่จักรยานแถวๆ นี้ อากาศดีและฉันสามารถมองเห็นสถาปัตยกรรมของเมืองในยุโรปได้

Check in and check out went smoothly as long as you can converse in Chinese, I used Google Translate and it worked well. We were in a king room and it was quite spacious, there was sufficient room to keep our toiletries by the sink and our luggage. We had a sofa, table and small chair in our room. There is a smart toilet with a heated seat. The shower pressure is really good. There is one English speaking channel. I liked that there was no carpet in the room but laminated floors. A real bonus was free laundry and they had 5 washers and dryers on the 12th floor. The hotel is within walking distance to MixC mall which is very modern and there were many eateries in the mall. Another bonus is the Songshanbei intercity railway station which is about 200m from the hotel. You can buy a ticket very cheaply and ride to Guangzhou South railway station but it is really slow, it took about 1 hour. If you are unlucky you could be standing but if you leave around 10ish you should be able to get a seat. They offer breakfast for a fee which we did not partake in. Within walking distance there is a Starbucks and McDonald’s inside the mall. I would recommend this hotel to others because of the many eateries, intercity railway station, laundry facilities and cleanliness.i

Location: 5/5 – Absolutely Strategic! The biggest strength of this hotel is its unbeatable location. You’re steps away from McDonald's and Luckin Coffee for quick bites and caffeine. A well-stocked mall is right beside the hotel, making it super easy to grab daily necessities. The best part? A lively night market is directly opposite the hotel! This makes finding delicious, affordable local food incredibly convenient any time of the evening. The whole area is very 热闹 (rènào - bustling/energetic) – perfect if you want to be in the heart of the action. Cleanliness: 3/5 – Okay for the Price, Manage Expectations The general cleanliness is acceptable, if you adjust your expectations. It's definitely not a 5-star luxury experience, but for a budget/mid-range stay, it's passable and reasonably maintained. Don't expect immaculate perfection, but the basics are covered. Room & Atmosphere: 2/5 – Persistent Smoke Smell The major downside, especially in the rooms and hallways, is a strong and pervasive smoke smell. It's quite noticeable and doesn't dissipate easily. Unfortunately, this seems to be a common issue in many hotels within the region, but it's definitely present and unpleasant here if you're sensitive to it. Breakfast: 1/5 – Strongly Not Recommended / Unhygienic Avoid the breakfast option. Hygiene standards here are very poor. I personally observed small cockroaches crawling on the tables in the breakfast area. This is completely unacceptable and a major health red flag. Do yourself a favor and skip it entirely. Thankfully, with McDonald's, Luckin, the mall food court, and the fantastic night market opposite, you have plenty of much better (and cleaner) alternatives nearby. Overall: This hotel is all about the location, location, location. If being in a super convenient, vibrant area with easy access to food, coffee, and shopping is your top priority, and you're on a budget, it serves that purpose. The cleanliness is tolerable for the category. However, the strong smoke smell in the rooms and corridors is a significant drawback, and the breakfast is dangerously unhygienic (cockroach sighting confirmed). Choose this hotel for the prime spot if you can tolerate the smoke and definitely plan to eat breakfast elsewhere. Who should stay: Budget-conscious travelers prioritizing an unbeatable, lively location who aren't sensitive to smoke smells and will skip the hotel breakfast. Who should avoid: Families with young children, travelers sensitive to smoke, those prioritizing high cleanliness standards, or anyone planning to eat the hotel breakfast.

การบริการดี แต่มีข้อผิดพลาดเล็กน้อยเล็กน้อย ตอนจองห้องบอกว่ารวมอาหารเช้า 4 มื้อ แต่พนักงานอ่านไม่ชัดเจนและบอกว่ามีอาหารเช้าแค่ 2 มื้อเท่านั้น ต่อมาผมกลับเข้าไปในห้องเพื่อตรวจสอบอีกครั้งพบว่ามีจริงๆ 4 ชุด ต้องขึ้นลงอีกครั้งเพื่อเอาคืน🤦🏻‍♀️ห้องใหญ่ สบาย แอร์ก็แรงมาก อย่างไรก็ตามยังต้องปรับปรุงด้านสุขอนามัย ผ้าปูที่นอนและผ้าเช็ดตัวมีคราบที่ไม่รู้จัก หมอนมีความสะดวกสบายมากและมีทั้งแบบนุ่มและแข็ง

การบริการของโรงแรมดีมากและใส่ใจ ห้องพักตกแต่งน่ารัก ทำให้หลับสบาย ห้องก็กว้างขวาง นอนพักผ่อนได้เงียบสงบ Angel ช่วยเช็คเอาท์ให้ และยังฝากกระเป๋าได้ด้วย ให้คะแนนบรรยากาศ 5 ดาวเลย! แสงแดดส่องถึง ตอนเที่ยงๆ สามารถตากแดดได้ด้วย

其實位置可以嘅，行十分鐘就到 超大型商場又有地鐵站 。職員都好殷勤 。張床係我瞓過咁多間酒店最好瞓嘅，床褥夠挺身唔會腍啤啤， 但枕頭就 一般啲。 加枕頭都冇問題 。洗衣房一般啲 ，早餐都麻麻地， 但係酒店出面好多車仔檔任君選擇， 早餐宵夜都冇問題。 估唔到喺東莞睇唔到tvb😅

As per usual, the location is amazing and the rebranding and new staff are great. Still loving both pools and the beds are like clouds. The restaurant continues with its buffet style breakfasts in the best possible way, and I'd argue that other hotels can certainly learn from this Dongguan branch's example. Thanks again!
