I am a customer living in 407 on 9th of November in Holiday Inn Express & Suites Calgary NW - University Area, an IHG Hotel. . I am writing to complain  the lady on the front desk. She treated me not respectful. When we checked in, I am asking if we have hot spring, she replied several what? And correct me “hot tub” such as I am lack of knowledge. Later, I want to use Landry room and change dollars with them. They gave me several two dollars, and the washing machines only accept 1 dollars, which they should have known at first place. So I went back to the front desk to ask for 1 dollars again. And at that time. There is one guy lining in front of another front desk server. And the lady was answering the phone.  So I naturally stood in front of her desk and waited for her. And I asked her to change 1 dollars for me since they didn’t know. And then she asked me” don’t u notice there is a line? You should wait after it.” So I was so embarrassed to find out I cut in line. So if she is really mindful about me cutting in line, Why not telling me to wait after? Or just remind me in a more respectful way assuming I really don’t know there is a line? Either way will have same effect and I would be acknowledged in a not embarrassing way. And again, the washing machine only accept 1 dollar and they did not know, is their job dereliction. I am very concerned how your service match up with your high level of fees.

The receptionist was very cheerful and the room was very clean! It is also located conveniently in Downtown Calgary. However, the temperature of the shower can be a bit tricky to adjust as it will either be too hot or too cold. But I was very satisfied overall and would recommend this hotel to fellow solo travellers!

The Hotel is beautiful. From the main entrance, to the rooms and the Little Chief restaurant. Beds were very comfortable. Love the design elements of the room! Each staff encounter was excellent, they always exhibited a high level of customer service. Really appreciated the dining experience! Again the staff were very accommodating and approachable. We chose Indigenous courses that were excellent, although the portions were quite large. We attended the Colin James concert, which was epic! The venue was great! Perfect Birthday celebration!

โรงแรมน่าทึ่งมาก! สะดวกสบาย สะอาด และใหม่มาก ขับรถไปสนามบินแคลกะรี 15 นาที ราคาไม่ถึง 100 ดอลลาร์ต่อคืนสำหรับเตียงควีนไซส์ 2 เตียง ที่ชั้น 8 พร้อมวิวที่ไม่มีสิ่งกีดขวาง ถือว่าดีที่สุดในย่านนี้ แต่เสียดายที่ไม่มีอ่างน้ำร้อน! ร้านอาหารด้านล่างมีอาหารและบริการที่ยอดเยี่ยม ส่วนที่ไม่ค่อยน่าพอใจคือขั้นตอนการเช็คอิน ซึ่งค่อนข้างยุ่งยากที่ต้องแสดงบัตรประจำตัวประชาชนและบัตรเครดิตที่มีชื่อตรงกับบัตรประจำตัวประชาชน (ไม่รับบัตรเดบิต) สำหรับค่าใช้จ่ายอื่นๆ จะดีกว่านี้ถ้าสามารถใช้บัตรที่ใช้ชำระค่าห้องพักล่วงหน้าได้

We had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton Cavalier Calgary Airport. The hotel is conveniently close to the airport, which made our travel day much easier, though it’s worth noting there’s no shuttle service. Still, the quick commute was no problem for us. We appreciated that the hotel offers a storage unit, which was super helpful and made managing our luggage so much easier. Our room was newly renovated, clean, modern, and very comfortable — definitely a highlight of our stay. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again!

โรงแรมแห่งนี้คุ้มค่าเงินมากในเมืองแคลกะรี ที่ตั้งอาจจะไกลจากใจกลางเมืองนิดหน่อยแต่ก็สะดวกสำหรับการเดินทางด้วยรถยนต์ส่วนตัว มีอาหารเช้า ห้องครัวเล็กๆ และเตียงนอนสบายมาก แม้ว่าสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกจะเก่าไปนิด แต่สุขอนามัยยังคงดีและรู้สึกโดยรวมดี

ห้องพักสะอาดมาก! ทำความสะอาดให้ทุกวันเลย อาหารเช้าก็เยี่ยม มีทุกอย่างเลย อร่อยและมีของหวานเยอะมาก สระว่ายน้ำและอ่างจากุซซี่ก็ยอดเยี่ยมเหมือนกัน

นี่เป็นครั้งที่สองที่ฉันมาในครั้งนี้ สมบูรณ์แบบมาก พวกเขาปรับปรุงใหม่ตั้งแต่ฉันเดินเข้าไป กลิ่นสะอาดและสดชื่นมาก ผู้จัดการฝ่ายแม่บ้านก็ช่วยเหลือดีและใจดีมาก บุฟเฟต์อาหารเย็น อาหารอินเดียสุดยอด โดยรวมแล้วเป็นประสบการณ์ที่ดีมาก โดยเฉพาะที่สระว่ายน้ำ

This motel is not Econo Lodge in & suites university. Which we stayed also, and was much better than this one (econo lodge motel village). The room was small and the bathroom smelled unpleasant. The smell came from the shower curtain, which touches the bath tub water. When taking a shower, the water doesn't drain as fast so your feet end up soaking in that water along with the smelly fabric shower curtain. Also, the bath was weirdly higher than the ground so be very careful when getting in. During our stay, there were several bugs that found their way into our room during the night (Mosquitos, flies). The buzzing sound prevented us to sleep so we had to kill the bugs and go back to sleep each time. We also had problems with our room key, we had them replaced several times and you have to slide the card quite a few times before it unlocks. I think it's loose and you need to get the exact right angle, which is annoying when you have your hands full. I recommend the other econolodge situated behind this one. The staffs here are very friendly. For breakfast, they offered coffee, tea but without lids. There's bread and juice served in a solocup (but u can just use the coffee cup). There were muffins. If you have allergies, I suggest you to bring your own food. The price for this motel vs the other econolodge were the same. We try to avoid staying at the same place for our whole trip in case we don't like our room but we ended regretting not booking the other econolodge for our entire trip.
