เนื่องจากผมไปงานที่อัลฟ่าวิลแคมปินส์แล้วสถานที่ตั้งของโรงแรมก็สะดวกสุดๆ ที่จอดรถกว้าง ( ขอติอย่างเดียวคือเรื่องค่าจอดรถ) ห้องพักสะอาด สบาย โครงสร้างดี อาหารเช้ามีให้เลือกดี(อาจมีผลไม้เพิ่มอีกนิด) แนะนําให้มาพักค่ะ

สําหรับคนที่รู้จักแคมเปญนิส: ทําเลดี ใกล้ถนนและศูนย์กลาง ส่วนคนที่ไม่รู้จักแคมเปญ : อยู่ในที่ที่อันตราย เสี่ยงต่อการเดินคนเดียว อพาร์ทเม้นใหม่ ตกแต่งใหม่หมด แค่ไม่ชอบประตูห้องน้ําซึ่งเป็นกระจก อาหารเช้าดี ผมอ่านรีวิวลบบ้างและคิดว่ามันเก่า.. ก็ได้แม้กระทั่งไข่เจียวเย็นเค้ก น้ําผลไม้ ผลไม้ ชนิดเดียว ซีเรียล ผลไม้ ฯลฯ เหมือนโรงแรมทั่วๆ ลบสองข้อคือ 1) ที่จอดรถ ความจริงไม่มีให้ มีที่ว่างอยู่หน้า รร ประมาณ 4 หรือ 5 ตัว ไม่เพียงพอสําหรับห้องพัก ข้อเสนอแนะของผม : มาก่อนประมาณ 12 แล้วเดินตรงกลางจน check in.. นี้คือวิธีประหยัดเงินกับการจอดรถของฝ่ายที่สาม 2) เวลาเช็คอิน 14 ชั่วโมง! มันดึกเกินไป 1 เนื่องจากทางออก 11.. ห้องพักขนาดเล็กไม่ต้องใช้เวลามากในการทําความสะอาดที่ยังไม่ลงตัวเลยแม้แต่น้อย ผมขอดูข้อเสนอของคณะกรรมการ เกี่ยวกับโปรแกรมใหม่ สําหรับการช่วยเหลือทางการเงินของชุมชน

การต้อนรับดีมากและการเช็คอินเช็คเอาท์รวดเร็วมาก นอกจากแมนทแล้วยังมี edredom และรถพ่วงประเภทอื่นๆ สามารถขอได้ที่รีเซฟชั่น โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ในทําเลที่ดีใกล้กับศูนย์กลางของชีวิตผู้คนมากมีขนมปังน้ําตาลใกล้มากไว้คอยบริการสําหรับช้อปปิ้งและร้านอาหารต่างๆ ๆ ๆ รอบๆ าจะจัดเลี้ยงอีกและอาหารเช้าก็ดีถึงแม้ขนมปังและชีสจะเค็มกว่าที่เคยชินและเค้กก็หนัก

It was my first time at this hotel. I would stay again but would like to give advice to the manager and staff. The hotel is in an excellent location. I used to live in Campinas for more than 20 years, and was back after 5 years to visit. I can say that the hotel is walking distance from many things. As a market, pharmacies, restaurants, Giovanetti and also the center of Campinas. My only issue was with the breakfast. On the two days that I went for coffee around 9am, there was no bread and cold cuts, until I left at almost 10am, they had not replaced. This left me a little disappointed. I even asked a staff, but even so it was not replaced. Another thing, when we were having breakfast, a staff was putting the dishes in place, but there was a lot of noise of plates, glasses and cutlery. Things that bother you mainly in the morning. Another thing was the person above our room, 2am walking with high hills and stomping their feet.

Péssima experiência! Estive em Campinas para um congresso e tive o azar de me hospedar nesse lugar! Desde a primeira mensagem após a reserva existe a seguinte informação: “Late check out: Até as 16h custo de meia diária e. MEDIANTE DISPONIBILIDADE. (…) Informação transcrita com os erros de português originais da mensagem. Solicitei em dois momentos informações sobre disponibilidade de late check out: um através de mensagem e a resposta foi apenas uma devolutiva eletrônica sem nenhum cuidado, a segunda presencial, a informação: “só podemos checar sobre late check out no dia de sua saída”. Estranho e já demonstra o grau de amadorismo da empresa. É o óbvio ululante que os hotéis possuem programação de entradas e saídas e podem responder sobre late check out e até mesmo sobre prolongamento de estados com antecedência. Portanto, pura má vontade! No dia da minha saída, dia 19/10/2024 às 09h aproximadamente, solicitei informações sobre late check out e a atendente Raissa responde prontamente sem nem ao menos fingir checar disponibilidade : “infelizmente não temos como fazer late check out.” Pergunto “nem para outra categoria de quarto?” Raissa “não, somente se o senhor realizar nova reserva.” Espera! Não há possibilidade de late check out, mas existe para nova reserva? Resposta de Gelson : “plantonista” “é diferente oferecer late check out e nova reserva, pois os clientes infelizmente não entregam o apartamento até as 16h, como necessário, e nós perdemos uma reserva para aquele apartamento”. Contudo a própria norma interna do hotel já resolve essa questão: “após as 16h será cobrada uma diária completa”. Contudo, nesse momento, entendi a questão: o valor. O late check out custa R$175 reais Uma nova reserva R$450. Existe uma propaganda enganosa e a indução ao erro por parte do hotel! De nada adianta “quartos renovados” se as práticas de governança são pré históricas e não há qualquer respeito ao compliance, se é que eles sabem o que é isso.

This is not a professional hotel because: 1. They cannot deliver an invoice to my name and the name of my company 2. Staff is reckless and does not care to help, despite several request. 3. Rooms are very noisy, you could not sleep because my neighbours watched TV all nights 4. Rooms are very small, with insects, not sure this hotel is clean 5. Gum is dirty with nothing to disinfect, no water, no towels I do not recommend this hotel at all,the Melia is way better
