Precisam melhorar o tratamento que dão para os hóspedes! Prolonguei a diária e foram bater no meu quarto, pedindo pra eu descer pra efetuar o pagamento, sendo que poderia pagar no chekout como eh em
Qualquer outro hotel! Foram muito grosseiros e desagradáveis! Fora isso, tudo certo!

It took 4 days to get my cleaning back and the desk was mostly helpful but one desk party was antagonistic with me about my concerns. Room cleaning and the restaurant staff were very nice. I woul not stay again - picked the brand as it is normally a good brand and location. This time location was poor with homeless on the streets.

The hotel is not that good, not much service to talk about. Breakfast are ok, small old shower with water leakeg true the bathroom. Very bad food and service at the restaurant.

Hotel is okay! - long queue for check-in (maybe given Holliday season approaching). Room cleaning good, but we tried to use the stairs (14th floor to swimming pool) and there were many cigarette buts and it was not clean at all - bad guests I think. Infrastructure need review ! Staff is supportive! Breakfast is good!
