"I stayed here four nights and thoroughly enjoyed my stay! The hotel is an older, classy, clean, establishment with spacious rooms, a wonderful breakfast buffet with numerous choices, as well as coffee’s, cappuccino, espresso. The staff were all very friendly and professional. The shower had the best water pressure of any hotel I’ve been in. It is perfectly situated with local shopping, restaurants, and the numerous top sites of Sofia within walking distance. It is absolutely a great value for the service they provide. My thanks to the staff for a wonderful four-day day here and beautiful Sofia, Bulgaria."

"Overall cleanliness of the whole property is ok as the cleaner did her best from what I saw, but unluckily my bed was not as clean as I expected. Hope the color on my bed cover and pillow was stain not dirt (see pictures). Also when I wanted to extend my stay for the next day and came down to receptionist, he said he had finished his shift and asked me to come back in the morning, while his shift was actually not finished yet (there is a written information what time reception is supposed to close). Other than those two issues, it was a great stay, kitchen is spacious with stoves, sink, fridge, table and chairs, living room."

"This is the most affordable price for a queen bed hotel with attach bathroom, but the size of the room is like a shoebox - but they provide ample toiletries, towels and hangers to hang ur clothes. Location is abit far from the main attraction, but you can take a tram (10-15 mins) away and its all good, theres a few supermarket, cafes and pizza place nearby. The staff is really great too"

"A bit far our from most public transport options but location on google maps is accurate. Front desk opens from 9am-5pm, other times will require keyfob to unlock the front door so it is recommended to contact the hotel to inform on you planned arrival and departure. Rooms are comfortable and clean, appreciate the complimentary coffee and tea."

"Unfortunately, there was a significant incident of cleaning the bathroom in the room, I expected to receive compensation for it but we did not receive it. Therefore, the service and cleanliness are rated low. I choose not to share the details of what happened so as not to harm the hotel too much."

"This was a great find for travellers. There is a shared bathroom, toilets, kitchen and lounge area. Everything was very clean. We stayed in the deluxe double room that had fantastic views of the city from the balcony. Towels and bedding were included. The property is on the 7th floor opposite the park and is a short distance from the metro station."
