L'hôtel est très bien situé dans Bruges proche du centre historique avec une vue sur le beffroi et la cathédrale,très agréable. Il y a malgré tout plusieurs points négatifs à souligner: l'hôtel aurait besoin d'un petit coup de neuf,ne vous fiez pas trop aux photos du site qui sont plus belles que la réalité ! Lors de notre arrivée personne à la réception ça surprend c'est peut être l'usage en Belgique mais votre carte est posée comme ça sur le comptoir 😪personne pour te donner une carte de la ville ou encore t'indiquer que le ptit dej se prend au 1er étage de l'hôtel.Bref il manque le contact humain ce qui m'a dérangé ! Arrive dans la chambre pas aussi belle que sur la photo,belle vue mais très bruyant,on entend tout de ce qui se passe dehors et dans l'hôtel il faut revoir l'isolation sonore! Mais le plus surprenant c'est qu'on n'avait pas de serviettes dans la salle de bain😱impossible donc de demander à qqun comme l'hôtel était désert...on a apporté des serviettes à 19h Pour le petit-déjeuner c'est correct loin d'un buffet 4 étoiles mais il ya l'essentiel du pain et du beurre ! En résumé l'hôtel est bcp trop cher pour les prestations qu'il propose im faut revoir les prix à la baisse Je n'y retournerai pas et je ne recommande pas!

So pleased we found this gem of a hotel. Ideally placed for wandering around Bruges, we were able to store our overnight back in the luggage store, then explore before check- in opened. We were warmly welcomed by all staff whenever we had interaction with them and the service was very efficient. We stayed in room 002 which was located through the car park, but was nicely tucked away and quiet….. other than being able to hear the coffee machine through the wall of the breakfast room! It wasn’t a problem though. The room was spacious and had all amenities you would expect to find. The bed was comfortable and air con is available. We did request a double rather than twin, but had two beds pushed together with a single quilt each. It wasn’t a problem for us, but not what we asked for. We didn’t mention it, but I’m sure if we had they would have sorted it. The shower was good, and teas & coffee is available in the room. There was a fridge, but no milk. I’m sure you could ask for milk at reception if desired. All areas were exceptionally clean, and we did check out the spa, but it’s a bit dingy in the basement. Shame not to have a pool, but there is a small gym for those who need more than the extensive walking you’ll be doing when exploring Bruges itself! We did consider parking at the hotel, but they wanted us to leave a key and access is tight! We have a large car, so decided to park on Bevrijdingslaan, one of the free parking areas just a short walk from the hotel. Other car parks are available, but we were able to leave our car here for free overnight. The hotel were very helpful prior to our stay in advising the closest car parks to the venue.

We saw this hotel referenced in a book by Rick Steves and booked it for a three night stay. The hotel is family owned and in a quiet portion of Bruges, away from the tourist crowds on the main square. We opted for a first floor room with a view of one of the canals that run through the city. The room was well appointed with a wonderful walk-in shower. Breakfast in the morning included hot items such as scrambled eggs as well as the normal European spread of cold meats and cheeses. The croissants and pastries were delicious. The hotel staff was very helpful and recommended several different local restaurants, all within an easy walk.

หงส์ดําตั้งอยู่ในอาคารเก่าในทําเลที่ดีในย่านเมืองเก่าของบรูจส์ สถานที่สําคัญและร้านอาหารอยู่ใกล้และเดินทางสะดวก โรงแรมได้รับการตกแต่งใหม่ด้วยเครื่องอํานวยความสะดวกทันสมัยในขณะที่รักษาการตกแต่งเดิมไว้ พนักงานช่วยเหลือดีมากในการจัด taxi ไปสถานีรถไฟ และแนะนําร้านอาหารที่อร่อยมาก (Restaurant Diligence-ดูรีวิวของฉัน) ถึงแม้ราคาจะดีมากสําหรับทําเลที่ตั้ง wifi อ่อน และอาหารเช้าธรรมดา (แต่ดี) มีแค่กาแฟสําเร็จรูปซึ่งทําให้ไม่เลิศ เราก็จะไปพักที่นั่นอีกเนื่องจากคุ้มค่าสุดๆ
