Vacancéole - le Domaine des Grands Lacs

I've made a reservation at an exorbitant price and regret it. It was the worst experience I've had. As we were arriving at the destination we drove into a smoke cloud that we realised was from the fire closeby. It was unsafe to stay. I still went to the reception and talked with the staff, who told me they were not able to cancel the reservation or change dates there and provided me with a phone number, which was available only two days later and was not helpful. I then got an after service email address, and they have said "The order to evacuate the residence and the sites nearby was never given" and "I cannot offer any compensation". There was (there is still at this point) a fire very close, the whole are was full of smoke to the point that you do not see the sun and it was unbearable to breathe. Their own staff were scared. I was not given any option and they just kept the complete amount (very expensive reservation) for a service they never fulfilled while not caring for their clients or staff safety. The whole difficult communication brings the clients to exhaustion and the goal seems to be making money and not providing anything. Worst experience ever. I can only advice to stay away, just read the reviews from this place on all booking platforms. I also regret to have made the reservation on their site directly and now not being able to write the review on booking.

You should know that in this "hotel" you have to do everything yourself including cleaning the bathroom, make your own bed, broom and clean floors and take out trash that is 5 min walk from your apartment. In addition bring your own shower gel and shampoo as it's not provided either. When leaving you need to take your sheets with you and take it to their laundry. Zero service is provided.

Pour ceux qui souhaitent passer les vacance d été je rdéconseille vivement J'ai passé une soirée avec : - un petit déjeuner payé par avance et non servi le lendemain matin car le prestataire ne voulait pas livrer - sol mouillé à mon arrivée glissade assurée - TV Hs n on t même pas proposé un remplacement Facturation sup si vous ramenez pas le linge sale ou la poubelle.... Bref y a beaucoup mieux ailleurs Désolé personnel sympa

accueil parfait, grand logement propre et fonctionnel, accès direct au lac, piscine chauffé grande et très propre, bar sympathique

Le Domaine des Grands Lacs est confortable, calme, propre et très accueillant. Nous recommandons chaudement ce lieu de séjour.

Une étoile de trop à cet établissement !!! aucune infrastructures ne fonctionne alors que ce sont les congés scolaires ! . la finalité on loue juste un appartement ! bref.... plus que moyen ! En plus très oeu d'écoute pour aider les clients...

Prix attractif. Proximité du lac agréable Mais Appartement un peu défraichi et patron du resto envahissant.

L’appartement était spacieux, propre,bien équipé et au calme. Pas de voitures( mais un petit chariot proposé pour transport des bagages) Le personnel très sympathique… De belles promenades dans la région. Nous avons passé 15 jours très agréables.

entretien moyen (propreté de l'ensemble ) pas d'accès avec la voiture pour décharger les bagages (rien de proposé) insonorisation médiocre bruit de pas et de chaises à l'étage supérieur . terrasse et mobilier extérieur dans un triste état
