I will stay at this location again. The staff was amazing. Trip.com put my name on the reservation in the wrong order or whatever and my reservation was not found but they kept looking until the problem was solved.

TRICISHONA checked us in with a wonderful smile and helped us with all of our luggage to the second floor, even though we cam after midnight.

Hotel is on my vip list, says you get free bottle of wine, last 2 stays, I never received bottle of wine, do not offer if you are not going to give to vip. Hot to was not functioning at all. Should refund people if a perk like hot tub is not working.stayed a whole week and no hot tub. Will not stay here again even though I do like hotel

The breakfast was good and the hotel would be nice if it was just cleaned. The couch and furniture in the reception area was stained and dirty. So was the couch in our room. They need to steam clean them. The matteress was very stiff and hard. it felt like no box spring but just plywood. Overall, I probably will not come back to the Best Western

Cleanest Best Western I've been to! Everything was clean, room, hallways, entry, etc which was nice. Close to freeway for easy access but far enough to not hear the freeway noise. Stayed one night, only thing is the bed wasn't too comfortable but fine for a nights stay.

The room was very nice and comfortable it had a couch a sink it wasn’t to far from the ice machine by far a very home like feeling tons of space

Bathroom had hair on the floor, under the sink. The rest of the stay was very pleasant! The breakfast was amazing and delicious! Will stay there again!

It is a nice place. Clean and in good shape. However, beds are uncomfortable (old style, ultra firm) and they use some kind of disinfectant that smells terrible.

Nice size and clean rooms. Breakfast was good and had plenty of choices. Would definitely stay there again

Hotel was nice and clean the receptionist was very nice and friendly
