The service was very professional by all Staff. The facilities were really nice and clean and well maintained. Food was really good and served timely. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing stay with great Staff.

Absolutely amazing resort! Restaurant, pool and spa, you never have to leave! The best part is easily the service though. They are always so great here and they definitely go above and beyond in their personal service to you the customer.
They have a great restaurant and bar! The food is good and the bars are always open and ready to serve!
My only complaint was it wasn’t busy and they closed the restaurant early….which I get but I almost felt like they rushed us out. However it was fine and we were happy to hit the other bar so the staff could go home since there were only two people there anyways.

If i had to describe my trip to Lakeway Resort and Spa, it would be with one word...HORRIBLE. The staff was not friendly at all. Every person on staff was not friendly. Its was almost kinda weird. Once we got settled in our room and went back to the front desk to get some guidance on things to do, etc, the lady at the front desk was on a personal call and never offered to assist us even as we stood there waiting. I knew it was a personal call judging by the conversation. When we asked another staff person directions to the lake, his response was "go that way". Thats it. The rooms were mediocre, DEFINTITELY NOT WORTH THE PRICE. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I really can't express enough how displeased we were.

What a lovely experience! From the welcoming check-in staff, comfy king bed to the helpful housekeeping crew, staying here was a delightful surprise. I've been looking for an accommodating hotel in this area, and this one ticks all my boxes. The bar is special, the workout room is top notch and the (heated) pool area is spectacular, even in January! Quiet, comfortable and a beautiful facility. I've already recommended this hotel to others. I'll be back!

This hotel has good river/lake view. However, there is no trail/walkway for walking or parks nearby. Restaurants are far from the hotel (though there is one with the hotel, it was not open when we were there). It may not an ideal place for vacation.

The hotel rooms need update. The location is remote from everything, limited food with only one restaurant which is a bit expensive. Other than three good swimming pools, a close by golf course and nice view of the lake, there’s nothing to do there, pretty boring actually. Charging $40 a day additional resort fee is not right.
The room is outdated. Bed is too high, air conditioners are way too loud, bathroom need complete remodel.
I will not visit there again and will not recommend it to my friends.
