The hotel was perfectly fine for what I needed. The location was near Applebees and some other amenities and next to the I4. Two mornings they ran out of coffee. The pool was nice.

Doing renovations without disclosing it to customers is awful. This is especially alarming to those with severe latex allergies when you have wet latex based paint all throughout the hallways and in rooms. These are hallways that lead to where you check in and out…so there is no going around it. The carpet ripped up and stapled over cords and transition *****s is also a safety concern you might want to fix. The peepholes that were removed and then stuffed with tissues so others couldn’t see in side the rooms is not a good look either. The staff was less than accommodating and Yasha the front desk manager said it wasn’t her issue to deal with. Hopefully when the hotel finishes the renovations and cleans up the establishment they will also clean up their customer service depar**ent as well.

Always a pleasure to stay here when I can get a room. The newly renovated lobby is a welcome change and the fine, well stocked breakfast is always appreciated.

The property was undergoing a full paint job. Everything was still accessible. Everyone on staff was very nice. breakfast was also really good and fresh.

First, I want to say, the lady at the front desk was amazing and tried her best to be very helpful. But the hotel double charged me plus charged me for the deposit and couldn’t figure out how to fix their mistake. They left me without the money I had budgeted for the trip because it is now tied up in fraudulent hotel charges. This continues to be a huge issue causing problems with our trip.
In addition, we were put in one of the renovated rooms, but there are no curtains, and the bright lights shining in the window made it seem like daylight all night long. Not super important, but the TV is so tiny you can’t really watch it laying in bed. And the noise from the highway is so loud you kind of need it. Overall, it was not a great experience and we stay in a lot of hotels. Spend the extra money and go somewhere else.

An average hotel. Coffee maker with out pot. Dirty carpet and desk that is all scratched with ripped edges. Mirror frame falling apart. Rusted door frame. In one word very dated room that needs immediate improvement. I understand that things might be old but dirt is not acceptable.

This is a okay hotel. The beds were a bit "used/ dirty" witha very thin bed sheet. It was kind of gross. The hotel is doing some constructions so the rooms (3rd floor) were dusty. The breakfast was very poor, very little fruit, no options of non dairy and no water either. The receptionist was very nice and cordial.
