Four stars based on affordability, cleanliness and friendliness. Attractive bedroom decor with a newly renovated bathroom. The hotel had a welcome novelty: all the necessities for making S'mores are for sale at reception for use at the fire places by the pool. Across the road from restaurants and a short walk to town.

The location was good (right at the end of the *****), but I didn’t feel safe. When I was going to check into my room, a guy came out from behind the building, reeking like ****. He got in his truck and left. The rooms were clean (not fresh, but clean), lots of smudges on the walls and a weird dip in the floor. The doors were thin, the walls were thin & the windows are covered by an ill fitting, thin, short curtain. I could see my neighbours getting high outside of their room, as the curtains don’t provide much privacy. There are no workers available after a certain time in the evening, however, a number to call is provided. The rooms were very reasonably priced ($85), but I would not return.

I was researching motels in the Lake George taking into consideration close proximity to lake, restaurants, entertainment, affordability etc. I stumbled across this property, booked it and stayed here. I enjoyed my time

When I arrived to this location I must say the receptionist was very welcoming. The customer service is top tier. The room was affordable,I love the fact that the motel is located just a short walking distance from the lake.
