Americas Best Value Inn Lake City

thought the room was super clean and check in lady very helpful. price was right just seemed a little sketchy although everything went smoothly

We were pleased with our room. It was very clean and had everything we needed for our overnight stay.

My wife and I stayed in this Americas Best Value on our way to south Florida. We have never stayed in one before. The woman who checked us in was great. The rooms was clean and comfortable. It was close to numerous restaurants. The price was very fair. The only downside is the shower isn't special but it served its purpose. I would highly recommend it and would stay there again.

Needs updating! Very much 70’s decor! It was clean, I will give it that. We made our reservations over a month ago, but when we checked in, they put us on the second floor. There was no elevator, so we had to carry our luggage up the stairs! Being in our 70’s, this was not an easy task!

In very bad need of updating! The electrical outlet in the bathroom doesn’t work. Room was very tiny. No plug in by the bed for my husband’s Cpap unit….had to go ask for an extension cord.

Great staff that go the extra mile for their customers. Breakfast was good and the room was clean and comfortable.

Only one light in the room, no hair dryer, tv was out of adjustment mostly black and white, and breakfast was a joke. Breakfast consists of a brown bag with a muffin in it and your choice of a banana or orange.

Property is clean, well maintained. Rooms are small but clean, neat, and all you need for a nights’ stay. It was also quiet at night - no outside noise.

I love staying here. Our family has land in Jasper that we come by to work and check up on and this hotel checks off all of the boxes. Reasonable rate, no frills hotel. The rooms are fairly small but the carpet is clean and freshly vacuumed, beds are comfortable with clean, fresh linens and the HVAC unit blows good cold or hot air. Fridge, microwave and cable TV. Shower is hot with good pressure and spray. I love the little bagged breakfasts and how they are available until 11 am for us late sleepers. I always get the sugar donuts as a treat albeit they are not the healthiest. They also offer fresh fruit (bananas, tangerines, and now grapefruit) and instant oatmeal and grits for lower sugar options. The also have teas (organic green tea!), coffee and hot chocolate. It is a nice spread. All they need are cold hard-boiled eggs and this girl would be spoiled. The check out staff are very nice and the location is well located to the highway with lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. The only issue is we had 3 individuals staying in the room with the standard 2 person towel setup. I just need to remember to ask for an extra set of bath linens. All in all, great bang for your buck! I am starting to like Lake City more and more! Can't wait to go back!
