Hotel is amazing but they are not ready for business. Hotel stuff were overwhelmed wait for restaurants and service at the restaurants were ridiculous. NO BEACH CHAIR to seat and not enough chair for hotel guest. we counted 58 chairs for 2000 guest . Very bad business. No signs in Conrad hotel where was where.
Not coming back to the hotel or restaurants on the property. Cebia restaurant we had horrible service and for the price they charge that should never happen.

I had a prepaid booking.
They charged 800$ for incidentals with the POS that gave the “Approved” status.
We spend like 1k and they locked us outside of the room and asked us to pay this again the whole amount. They did not recognize the initial payment.
Front desk guy Christian very rood, pushing it to the edge of snapping.
Eventually I asked to speak to the manager on duty..he got at the front desk in 20-30 minutes, apologizing and saying that everything is ok with the initial payment.
We spent 1 hour locked outside by this “system error”
The service at the Sofia (downstirs restaurant) is very poor because of the kitchen staff.
The roof top restaurant is quite nice for dinner.
I waited 30 min for the valet to bring my car. The have no f idea of what they’re doing.
You can get only inroom dining after 10pm.
Shuttle service only to Disney parks.
We decided to eat at Sophia’s restaurant in the Conrad and let me tell you, the food was amazing! But more importantly the service was exceptional! We had the pleasure of being served by the amazing Davone. Not only was he attentive but his recommendations were spot on! Super humble guy! 10 out of 10 recommend!

I had such high hopes for this hotel. They are still working out a lot of issues as a new hotel. We booked a king lagoon view the first room we received was not lagoon view you had to step on to the balcony and pan left to see the lagoon. We asked to get a full view of the lagoon like the photos show. Also app photos do not match what the room look like very disgruntling as a consumer. They were able to move us unfortunately the new room smelled like the previous guest had pets! The smell irritated my husband’s allergies all weekend making our experience terrible. At this point we just wanted to enjoy our time. The room was 695. pent dander filled the room. There is no self parking and valet will drive your car like they stole it. We watched a valet driver speed and take sharp turns in our vehicle.The resort fee is basically $50 a day for water that never got replenished. If you don’t plan on shopping or using the water toys it really doesn’t equate to paying that. Wifi is free for hilton gold!! Manager Sara didn’t care to explain what we were receiving beyond two daily waters but greg did. Prior to check in I received great information from the guests experience team carlos and marykay making it less difficult to plan our stay. Do not dine at Ceiba the service and food was awful, they take they take reservations 15 minutes before close and they will rush you. The second night we tried again and the service was even worse. The waiter was very slow and everything took a really long time. I loved papaya we ate and drank there every day the bar manager was very helpful and the bartender knew what worked well together and cared about our allergies. Some of the menu?need more zero proof offering or staff less reluctance to give the customer what they are asking for. Didn’t care about pricing just know what I like. All staff at the restaurants/bar seem happy and give good service exception is Ceiba. We also appreciated the bartenders at apero they were helpful and nice. Sophias was the only place to get breakfast we only got to eat there once they were at capacity at 10am on a holiday weekend, dissatisfied there were no other options. Our time by the lagoon was the best there is no one really monitoring conrad guests vs non conrad guests so really anyone can be on the beach and it does fill up quickly. Check out evermore dining they had good service and selection. We had 4pm check out our key cards stopped working frustrating and just added to list of issues. If you are going to relax and enjoy be prepared to experience hiccups in service and quality customer care. I am an hilton honors member and american express fine hotels and resorts customer, I have stayed at the offerings of 5 star luxury resorts this one needs to sort out their kinks some more especially for the price range.

So much fun! This is not your average Hilton. Music, swings, slides, beaches, food, drinks, etc. We didn’t want to leave the hotel. Friendly staff. If you have a chance to interact with MaryKay and Julia, please do. Excellent Service! There was also a guy at the pool named Dante? We think! Anyway, he was super helpful. During our stay we got to hold an Alligator, snakes, and an Iguana. Seriously, there was so much to do we were exhausted trying to fit it all in. We are 3 adults in our early 50s and had a blast! Stay to play. Lots of great memories on this trip!

We came as a family to Sophia’s Italian restaurant, we had a great time, the food was awesome !! Is the third time I visit this restaurant, I always ask for for Aron !! He is the best waiter yiu can ask for, we love how he make us feel and his wonderful recommendations. We will definitely come back

I had read many reviews on this resort and it truly measured up to the “hype”. We got a complimentary upgrade to a lagoon view suite. Amazing views of the pool and lagoon area. Every person on the hotel staff that we met greeted us with a big smile and words of welcome. This was our “we won’t leave the resort “ kind of weekend! When we pulled up to drop off our luggage, we had already checked in on the app, we were surprised that it’s only valet parking at $50 per day. Our room was very spacious, beautiful balcony, lots of storage room and amenities (shampoo, lotions, towels). We were off to get ice, but discovered they do not have ice machines on any floor. You have to call guest service for a bag of ice. I called 3 different times during our stay, each time requesting 2 bags of ice. When they arrived each time they only had one bag. However they cheerfully went to fetch another. Our first night at the resort we decided to eat at the outside pool bar, Papaya Club. We were greeted with a warm welcome and the staff was very attentive. We placed an order to eat there. I got the The Papaya cheeseburger with a side salad and my spouse got Crudo. The burger was “ok” but nothing to write home about. Ive had much better at less than half the price we paid here. My spouse did not like her food at all. For lunch we decided to eat from one of the pool side food “trucks”. The young lady at the pool serving drinks, Abagail, was fantastic! For dinner last night, we decided to try in room dining. We ordered to 10oz New York ***** and two sides to share. I could not believe they did not have any type of potato to pair with the steak (no baked, mashed, smashed , au gratin, even fries)! The steak on 1-10 scale(1 being the worst), our dinner was a 3! One of the sides, we had no idea what it was, and could eat it. The sautéed greens, which we told were green beans, ended up being spinach. The young lady who delivered the food however, was amazing and we gave her an additional, generous tip. Overall, great experience. Highly recommend!

The absolute best service I’ve ever received at a hotel. The hotel was beautiful, the lagoon was spectacular, I had one of the best steaks I’ve ever had at Ceiba . Just an amazing 3 days, would recommend this hotel to anyone. The only thing I would do different is get a 6th floor room instead of 7th. The roof on your balcony on the 7th floor is exposed to the sky and when it rains it rains on your balcony and in August it tends to rain a lot so didn’t get to enjoy the balcony as much as I had wanted. Thank you Conrad for a great birthday stay.

The Conrad Orlando is probably my new favorite resort in all of Orlando, which is a lot to say, considering all of the resorts we have here. Obviously the lagoon and the luxury style is what attracts people to this resort and I can confirm the resort is truly surreal. The service is amazing. Alex at the beach set my friends and I up and was kind to us. Being that this is a new resort hardly anyone is here when I have stayed and can’t wait to come here again!

Hands down best experience ever and I have been a lot of places, came here with my bf for his bday a few weeks ago and Julia was amazing, this trip even better Kylie was not only super helpful but sent my favorite wine ever to the room complimentary I can not express how amazing this place is and how AWESOME they are , the staff literally goes out of their way to make you happy which is a rarity these days these two women deserve the upmost kudos!!! As a local we will be back over and over and over just because of these two ❤️
