Adequate sized rooms but even when brand new some things have been "broken" already. Service all around was great! Allan, bellman, was the glue that held the whole service team together. I'm truly convinced he goes above and beyond his role to ensure every guest has a comfortable stay. The pool was nice and warm so even on chilly days it can be enjoyed. The lagoon, even when it's hot outside, is refreshingly cool. Beautiful outdoor space between the pool area and lagoon. Pool side service is attentive and friendly. Spa experience is great and definitely worth a visit. The outdoor pools area is a great place to relax for couples. The aroma showers are a good experience on top of the sauna and steam room. Disney shuttles are convenient for getting to and from Disney.

Came for a conference. Everyone is so nice and attentive. Room is clean & spacious. Pool is amazing. Had dinner at Sophia’s Trattoria and the server, Iris, was top notch. Can’t say enough good things about my experience at this property and restaurants. Highly recommended for both business & family travel.

I stayed at the Conrad Orlando this past weekend with my husband and friends to celebrate my birthday. It was our first stay here and boy did we love it! It started with a Fantastic check in. First, the view when you walk in to the hotel is AMAZING, but then we were greeted by Christhian at the front desk. He was great! Friendly, patient, explained amenities and benefits to us. He also was able to get our rooms on the same floor. He was relatable and just all around great! After we went up to our room, our bags were delivered by Axel. Again, great service! He brought the bags in, explained features of the room (like the lighting which we LOVED) and was all around friendly and knowledgeable. Every person we encountered during our stay was great! The property is beautiful, absolutely no complaints. Can't wait to stay again. Thanks Conrad Orlando for a memorable weekend!

We stayed for two nights at the Conrad Orlando very close to it's opening and found that there were definitely some kinks to work out. The hotel itself is beautiful (although very loud in public areas such as the lobby and restaurant) with plenty of amenities to keep both adults and children entertained. The staff are enthusiastic and seem to mean well, however, that is where the positives end. The front desk does not explain anything about the resort, you are left to figure it out yourself. After we left, we discovered that the amenities promised as part of the resort fee were never delivered. The biggest issue we had was with the staff walking in on us on the second day. In the morning, a cleaner knocked and came in without me having a chance to respond. I sent her away and turned on the do not disturb indicator. Then, about half an hour later, what appeared to be a supervisor did the exact same thing. Then I received a phone call asking me who I was and why I was in the room. I explained that we had the room booked for an additional night. I then left the room for the afternoon and left the make up room indicator on. When i returned, the room had not been cleaned. After the earlier issues, I just let it be and my wife and I settled in for the evening (with the do not disturb back on). Late evening, another of what appeared to be management walked into our room, advised that he thought it was empty and was inspecting it and walked back out. We were fortunate that we were fully clothed every time they came in or this would have been a much bigger issue. Unfortunately, despite the beautiful facility, I cannot recommend this hotel (and will not return) until I can see from reviews that they have figured out their systems and will actually respect their guests privacy and security

Very thorough and, in my opinion, accurate review from “299…“ just below. I might add a few things. I have either stayed at, or at least visited, every other high-end resort in the area surrounding Disney World, including the Ritz Carlton and the Four Seasons This is by a wide margin nicest building. The mid-century modern architecture is stunning. The resort is brand new and impeccably clean, in contradistinction to the two I mentioned above, which are both repurposed buildings from a time long past. And it shows. I imagine this new Conrad hotel is in direct competition with those venerable brands: Every single staff member that we encountered was extremely pleasant, helpful, and suoremely professional - much as the staff at those hotels As the resort is brand new, there are still a few kinks to work out, but I don’t think there is a better place in the price point inside of the WDW radius. The JW Marriott Grand Lakes, (nextdoor to the shabby old Ritz Carlton), would be my (very close) second choice. Their pool area and signature restaurant are better.

I cannot express enough how exceptional my experience was from the moment I arrived at the hotel until the moment I departed. The attention to detail and the level of client and customer service surpassed any other hotel I have ever stayed at. The quality of the food, the service, and the interactions with every staff member were all deserving of a five-star rating.

We were at the Conrad for a 3 day business conference. We only got a couple of hours each day to walk around and enjoy the property - but it was very well done. It was perfect for a conference or a girl's weekend. For Disney - I would probably still book an on property hotel due to other advantages. Resort: The resort is very new and beautiful. They've done a great job making it feel like you are at a beach resort with hammocks and sand beaches. The lagoon is large enough for small boats, kayaks and paddleboards. The "ocean" water was freezing when I was there and the wind kept the kayak / SUP rentals closed - so I stayed at the pool. Room: Very nice and quiet. I loved the comfortable outdoor seating on the deck. The resort is very big. If you don't love walking - ask for a room near the elevators. Food: Great conference buffet dinner on the lawn by the lagoon. The guys got to hit floating golf balls into the water - which was a hit. We ate at Sophia's Trattoria one night and the salad and pizza were great. Price: Upscale resort with $700 / night room rates and $50 pizza / salad dinners. Location: 30 minutes from the Orlando airport and ~ 15 minutes to Disney.
