Very hard to check in if you speak English. Hidden entrance to get key to room and not at desk regularly if at all. Finally got a lady who spoke some English and managed to get key but it wasted a few hours of our time

Struttura bella ma pessima organizzazione. Siamo arrivati in un giorno freddo e di pioggia e i riscaldamenti sono stati accesi al nostro arrivo con condizionatore non funzionante. X riscaldarci abbiamo chiesto una stufa elettrica. Camera piena di polvere. La camera non è stata rifatta e nel chiedere il cambio asciugamani quelli usati ce li hanno lasciati in bagno

L'appartamento ben curato. Purtroppo nei giorni che abbiamo soggiornato il tempo non era bello , pioveva. Mio figlio voleva tanto farsi dei tuffi in piscina. Personale cortese . Appartamento silenzioso. Poi vicino a the Mall.

L’esperienza vissuta è stata pessima e deludente. Avevamo prenotato per un bad & breakfast in questa villa a quattro stelle. Niente colazione e non c’è stato detto se non al nostro arrivo. Niente ristorante. Niente sistemazione camera quindi niente cambio asciugamani, carta igienica, set cortesia… Dopo il covid dicono che sono diventati mini appartamenti. Camera con odore di muffa. Piscina non funzionante. Comunque quattro stelle non pervenute!! Tutto questo non c’è stato detto al momento della prenotazione ma solo al nostro arrivo e dopo che abbiamo dovuto pagare in anticipo.

A me è piaciuto tutto di questa struttura, a partire dalla gentilezza della proprietaria che si è fatta in 4 per assisterci. La villa poi è bellissima

Mi è piaciuto tutto, tutte le foto della camera corrispondono, le camere sono pulite, confortevoli, c'è una cucina attrezzata, terrazze esterne dove consumare i pasti, una meravigliosa piscina dove rinfrescarsi e rilassarsi. Letti comodi, bagno grande, spazioso e molto bello . La posizione è semplicemente unica, tranquilla, calma e vicino alle zone di maggiore interesse, Firenze ad esempio a 20 minuti!! Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti.
